Ho acquistato una Gm27 e sono molto soddisfatto. Dal vivo è molto bella grazie anche al suo colore Blue opaco elegantissimo.I componenti sono di livello medio ma ben funzionanti (es. I freni idraulici Tektro sono molto potenti per non parlare del motore centrale Ananda anch'esso molto potente). Avrei dato 5 stelle però l'ammortizzatore posteriore ad aria (regolabile) non serve a niente e quindi l'ho subito cambiato con uno idraulico. Ottimi i pneumatici anche se un po' rumorosi...ma nello sterrato non si sentono. Stra-soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

I am mainly asking if anyone else as had the same problem I have experienced twice.
I have been out riding not for long just a half hour or so..... yet twice its happend within 1 week, where I come to a stop at the traffic lights or any junction with both or just 1 break pressed and NO THROTTLE being touched... yet as soon as let go of the brakes the bike just powers up by itself and flies off...
Luckily the other day there was a fence blocking the road I was entering or I would have been on the floor in major traffic ..... if this hasn't happend to you yet be VERY careful !!! ... just to pull up outside your house and as your half way dismounting from the bike ... its kicked back in is halfway up your wall .... BE CAREFUL !!!!

I brought a Gogobest gf700 also, and also had problems with the battery, bike failed on day 2 and battery would not charge. So after getting STATIC from stupid shop POGOCYCLES I have brought my own battery with new rack and am having it installed by fairly local ebike shop SCOOTFIXX in culcheth. This is only chance bike is getting, any more probs when I get it back from shop and I sending it back.I got a courier in my phone already as a contingency plan.So people out there, DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE, IT WILL FAIL EARLY ON YOU. Katastrophe null Service keine Garantie, hab ein Bezior M1 E-bike gekauft aus dem Zentrallager in Polen. Es ist kaputt geliefert wurden!!!!!! steht seid einem Jahr im Keller. Einigungsvorschlag Paypall zur Prüfung nach China ins Werk schicken auf eigene Kosten. Bloß nichts kaufen den Schrott macht kein deutscher Händler ganz!!!!!!!! am besten das Fahrrad direkt weck schmeissen und gogobest einfach vergessen versprechen alles halten gar nichts der totale Fake shop. Gib jetzt nach 1 Jahr auf

À éviter !!! Trottinettes cassé au bout de 2 jours, pas de garantie, répond que en anglais, une vraie galère pour le retour qui n’a jamais pu se faire car il ne vous envoi pas de bon de retour. Donc à éviter si vous ne voulez pas gâché votre argent.

Absolutely never buy nothink of them my battery set my kitchen on fire after it exploded and when connected gogo best they wasn't interested at all even now blanking me bike only 7 months old and used it a about 6 times unfortunately will definitely be taking them to court do everythink in my power to claim battery and charger or full refund never buy of them very bad company

Absolutely awful company. Purchased the GF700 may last year had issues with the battery capacity slowly dying whilst on charge one night the charger and battery went ON FIRE! In my house. Contacted the companys whos utter idiotic response was to send a voltage reading to them... paypal have been useless to get me a refund, conmpany refuses refund or replacement parts. My next step is to go to Consumer Rights and i will persue it until i see them in court i suggest anyone else whos been ripped off by this company to do the same. Absolutely at all costs avoid buying anything from them as there not fit for consumer and are dangerous.

Le système électrique du vélo a claqué dès la.premiere sortie après à peine 30 km. Depuis la société m'a fait tourner en rond en me faisant faire des tests inutiles et envoyé une pièce à remplacer moi même qui n'a rien résolu. Remboursement demandé mais plus de nouvelles... Ca fait un mois que j'ai acheté ce vélo qui ne sert à rien...

Bezior E bike gekauft, nach halben Jahr Problem mit beiden Bremsen ( Bergab gefahren und bremsen versagten zum Glück ist dem Kind nichts passiert )
Gogobest interessiert das überhaupt nicht, E Mails werden nicht beantwortet, Geld haben sie kassiert und jetzt lassen sie uns im Regen stehen.

Very bad experience : the rear wheel popped off after 10 km. Then the rear brakes leaked. No repair shops want to do something. No parts have been sent, no exchange and no return from gogobest. They keep asking to go to a repair shop instead of exchanging or taking back this dangerous bike, which is written in their policy. Your life is at risk.

Suite à ma première expérience concernant mon VTT alors que j'avais été déçu...
cette fois-ci j'ai eu un souci au niveau du moteur , gogobest bezior a bien réagi : ils m'ont envoyé une nouvelle roue avec moteur qui m'a permis de réparer le vélo.

Non sono per nulla soddisfatto ho acquistato una R2 da gogobest e dopo il secondo utilizzo ha cessato di funzionare non dandomi piu assistenza alla pedalata .
Questo solo dopo due giorni dalla consegna ho iniziato a tempestare di meil il servizio assistenza che non mi ha dato il supporto ne dei ricambi ne della sostituzione della bici .IL mio giudizio e assolutamente negativo dopo quattro mesi sono ancora senza risposte certe .

Ho acquistato la Bezior XF200 su questo sito cinese. Ero scettico sulle questioni spedizione, pezzi di ricambio, assistenza...invece devo dire che sono stati rapidissimi (a quanto pare hanno un deposito in Polonia che soddisfa il mercato europeo): circa una settimana e la bici era a casa mia! Tutto correttamente imballato. Nel pacco c'è anche il kit del piccolo ciclista: chiavini esagonali, gonfiatore, catena per legare la bicicletta. Unico problema: la plastica del faro è arrivata spaccata. Tempestivamente risolto dal servizio clienti che risponde cortesemente a tutte le mail. In circa una settimana mi è arrivato il faro di sostituzione NUOVO a casa. Insomma un'ottima esperienza, sono colpito. La bici poi che ne parliamo a fare...stupenda sotto tutti i punti di vista!

Ho acquistato 2 bici elettriche,alla consegna mancavano i portapacchi e me li hanno spediti immediatamente, Ho avuto bisogno di informazioni tecniche e mi hanno soddisfatto in tutte le richieste con gentilezza, professionalità ed in tempi brevissimi.

As soon as we got the bike one year ago it has given my son nothing but problems.
Things that should be tight were loose,
They had assembled it incorrectly so the front wheel and forks were round the wrong way.
The crank would keep coming loose so I had to buy a new one.
The brakes are so woefully under powered for the speed and weight this bike goes. I had to fit hydraulics to it something that should be fitted from new.
And now the battery has failed.
This all happened within a year.
Try contacting them, you get no answer. They don't care once they have your money.
These bike are unsafe and a waste of money at £1200.
Avoid GOGO Best and go to a know bike dealer in your high street.

The bike is just over a year old and all these problems happened within a year.
Trying to pass the buck on your own incompetence at manufacturing an unsafe bike and you still can not even be bothered to answer any of my emails I sent you!
