خيلييييييي بد بود اصلا پيشنهلد نمي كنم. هدايا خيلي دير رسيد و چيزي كه تحويل داده شد اصلا به عكس ها شبيه نبود !جالب اينكه من گل و يه كتاب سفارش دادم اول گل رسيده بود و چند ساعت بعد كتاب !!!

كيفيت و ظاهر گل دقيقا عين عكس وبسايت بود
خيلي به موقع ارسال كردن و اصلا تاخيري در كار نبود
درسته كه قيمتها نسبت به قيمتهاي ايران بالاتره ولي اگر براتون مهم نيست ارزش داره
با توجه به محدوديتهايي كه كرونا تو ايران ايجاد كرده كارمندهاي اين شركت به نحو احسن كارشونو انجام دادن و من ازشون ممنونم كه كمك كردن خانوادمو خوشحال كنم
جهت اصلاع سفارش من به تهران بود و از كيفيت سفارشهاي شهرستانها اطلاعي ندارم.

I have been shopping from this website for years now. Sending gifts and flowers to my family in Tehran in different occasions. They have been fantastic. Great customer service, very quick delivery and the purchases look exactly like what they are advertised. Originally I was hesitant and skeptics to use my credit card in an Iranian website, but I’m so glad I trusted them. Because golbazar is really trustworthy. I totally recommend this website. I’m very impressed with their service. One thing i suggest they would do to improve, is adding more variety of gifts.it’s already great, but it would be nice to have more options for gifts.

بسیار راضی از سیستم پاسخگویی در اسرع وقت جواب سوالاتم رو دریافت کردم.

من از طريق گوگل اين سايت رو پيدا كردم ، براي اولين بار از سايت گل بازار از اروپا به ايران سبد گل ارسال كردم و بسيار بسيار راضي هستم . سرعت عمل در پاسخگويي به سووالات مشتريان ، تحوبل به موقع گل به گيرنده و از همه مهمتر كيفيت عالي گل ( دقيقا همانند عكس نشان داده شده روي سايت ) از ويژگيهاي اين سايت هست . من اين سايت رو به شدت به هموطنان عزيز توصيه ميكنم . ممنون گل بازار ☺️☺️

Unfortunately, I have had a disappointing experience with the Golzar business. I am afraid and don't recommend it. The business does not comply with customer value and the primacy of public interest.

Firstly, the price of the items, while they are provided in Iran, are even more expensive than their counterparts abroad. For example, the cost of a bunch of flowers that I ordered via Golzar was more expensive than the same one in a costly city like Sydney, Australia. This has been an extra charge and unfair deal with international clients where the production of the item including ordering won't worth that much if it is calculated. I am not going to argue if the Golzar owners are going to extort clients, however, this is an illegal Business-to-Consumer model where the Golzar charges are based on $ currency where the actual price of the order is based on Iranian Rial. The act of Golzar company is alleged in a fair trading court if it would trade in this way in a developed country where customers are protected by our laws, regulation, and legal systems.

Besides, the second important issue with the Golzar is the information discrepancy in its ordering system. That is, the currency of $ has different variants of the U.S, Canada, and Australia. The Golzar doesn't inform the actual order cost nor asks clients about the local currency. As such, a client might be charged more than the price shown by the Golzar ordering system. This is confusing and a flaw in its ordering system design which should be fixed. I haven't observed such an information discrepancy in any other online ordering system.

Unfortunately, my order, i.e. flowers, was faded. I assume this might have been an unintentional and exceptional human error. I was busy to follow-up this with the Golzar.

On the positive side, the customer relationship, e.g., the chat boot, is fine, though this is a normal function in line with the customer's rights.

I hope the Golzar's owners view my comments in a constructive way...

هنوز بستم تحویل نشده اما واقعا تمام سعیشون در رضایت مشتری هست و این برای من با ارزشه.
