I am pleased with our portrait we


I am pleased with our portrait we ordered from here. My face and the dog’s face look close. But my lady's was a little off. Wish it could have been a better match.
Had a little glitch with the post office tracking info, but was fixed after I notified them. I would still recommend it.

I didn't know what to expect

I didn't know what to expect. I was hoping my photo they gave me as a completion of my order was going to look exactly like that when I received my canvas print. It did 100%!!! It is so beautiful I look forward to many more orders!!! Thank you so much!!

Have had 2 done

Have had 2 done. I love them both. Easy to follow the instructions as im useless with any thing like this. I did have a problem with 2nd one immediately had advice and all sorted. Thank you. Quality fab.

Great company and quality products

I was a little apprehensive as I saw this company on Facebook but I was so pleased with my canvas of myself and my little dog I can say it is so special and such good quality my son and his partner are ordering one for his mum for Xmas. I was kept informed all the way and it was delivered when expected. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for something special. I never mind paying the price if it is worth it and it was. So thank you

Hi Quang, we're sorry this has left you unhappy, and we'd genuinely like to put it right.

Our records show all three pieces were confirmed delivered by USPS to the address you gave us at checkout, on 21, 25 and 27 August, all before this review was posted. We're glad to share those tracking records with Trustpilot, or with you, at any time. You did mention to us privately that one of the three hadn't reached you, and that is something we can still sort out today: tell us which one and we'll open a USPS trace straight away.

For anyone reading this: if a parcel doesn't arrive, for any reason at all, including reasons that are not our fault, we reship it free of charge at our own expense. No questions, no argument. Just write to support@goldandcrown.com.

Quang, that offer has been open to you since our first message and it stays open. We'd much rather fix this than leave it as it is.

Ordered my portrait to honour the love


Ordered my portrait to honour the love I share with my pet cat & dog.
My dog, Brennah, passed away 11 years ago and my beloved cat Cooper passed the very day this portrait was delivered 💔 it was almost as though it was just meant to be 🖀
I cannot express the comfort that it has brought at such a sad time!
It is excellent all round 🌟
