I LOVE my portrait!!! This is the most special portrait I now own! I lost my Border collie 6 years ago to Cancer. She didn’t love having her picture taken. So to have a picture with us together means so much! Thank you Gold & Crown!

I'm seldom impressed with companies and their service standards. Your company has raised my level of excitement. 1st... your web site was very easy to navigate for an old head like myself. This was a birthday gift portrait for my daughter and her loving Dog"Remmi". I was able to edit positioning of her hands on her babe and the portrait had such intense expression of her eyes. I simply Loved the portrait. My daughter said " BEST GIFT EVER". I am so pleased with ur organization. The shipping time was great. I could have had picture sent direct to her home but I had it delivered to my home so I could see. Again, I LOVED IT.

The tones and pose were good but the interpretation of the woman's face was well off and I needed to edit in a couple of photo editing programmes to get it close and somewhat recognizable.

My picture is beautiful. The quality is excellent.

I chose 2 very special ones .. it was completely their own creation but it was very touching for me as I included my beloved dog who passed two years ago along with my new rescued.. so very special. “30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE” IS A COMPLETE LIE!!
This company is a total scam! I ordered a photo of my dog and myself after going through many different options. I chose a black and white image with a completely black background which is exactly what the accepted image was. After the purchase was made they sent me a digital copy of the image as an added bonus except the digital image had white dots all over the top left corner which was not the image I accepted. I made my purchase at 8 in the evening and when I saw the mistake they had made in the morning I reached out to them and alerted them to their mistake to which they told me there was nothing they could do as the piece was in production. How is that possible in a few hours while most of those hours were quite late in the evening?? They ship from Miami, Fl and I live in Boca Raton, Fl. One hour away!
The piece arrived 5 days later and not only were these white dots very obvious, but some of them were smeared making this look beyond horrible….when reaching out to them again and asking for it to be returned due to their error all they had to say is that they wouldn’t take it back and that they hope I enjoy the purchase! Just a horrible way of doing business. They could have at least offered to redo it and take back the damaged one. Total scammers!! Stay away!!!

Terrible picture. My photo did not look like me whatsoever, really disappointed. My pets were great but it definitely was not me in this picture. Be warned.

My portrait of my beloved Papillon Bandit and me gives me great comfort. Now a friend set it up she went from two pictures she had well the one of Bandit didn’t show his head as all black therefore, the Pap in the portrait has white. Not at all the fault of Gold and Crown. I love it as Bandit would lay his head on mine or in the crook of my neck I slept next to him and carried him everywhere he needed to go for 3 months due to severe injury which became a rare blood tumor.
Having this portrait eases his loss.

This was by far the easiest process and the outcome is astounding! The clarity awed me. I printed it out on canvas and the amazing quality did not alter or change in any way, shape or form. This was meant to be a very personal, meaningful heartfelt gift and it truly was just that. The delivery was fast. I had a download shortly after purchase.

So easy to order from Gold & Crown. I was thrilled when I saw the preview, il be honest and wasnt sure my husband would like it being an AI generated piece. But how wrong was I, he absolutely loved it, he said the artwork, especially the eyes was amazing. If you're not sure, upload your photos and look at the preview. The quality is stunning!! Quick delivery too, you're not waiting weeks for it.

I have tried to find a number to reach customer service because my package has not arrived. I have spoke with the postal service, they said you have not mailed my package. I submitted my order on 8/18/26. Where is it!!!

Otherwise I want a full refund.

Found it really easy to upload my photos and I was so impressed with the finished portrait which I was able to see before I purchased.
It was easy to order I was kept informed on the progress of my portrait which arrived in good time well packaged and now sits proudly on my wall.

My created portrait was amazing! I recently lost one of my fur babies of 16 years and I wanted something beautiful to remind me of her. I ordered the canvas portrait. It’s made well and the quality is top! It came at a reasonable length of time. I recommend if you want top quality at a great price!
