Pre-Flight & Booking preparation experience during time to book the ticket of myself and son was well informed and planned by your Agent Steve. I was very comfortable all the way to and from Heathrow to Harare. And l feel l received the real-time flight updates on time from Steve. Steve you are such an asset to this Flight Company of Ruwanda, and l loved your skills of good customer reputation relations with customer as you made a follow up to ring us 2 days before our date of my travel. You rung us to see and check if l was fit and ready to travel for the journey. You did this as you noticed l was admitted in hospital 2 days in two week before the date of my travel. Only a few can do this to a customer, but you were one out of a number and l was so much impressed about your attitude and character regarding handling customers. You are such a very humble and friendly person, very professional and you deserve a massive credit from me on this. When l had an unsuccessful bookings with one of your team mate at first, he decided to pass on to you, and you took over the job, and you helped me in a very polite manner dealt with the problem very proffessional. And, that made me to feel good and comfortable although l was panicking with the way your team mate handled my case of booking information. You should deserve a highly complement about this kind of your hardwork.
The flight Staff were good. The check-in agent girl who severed us in to go to Harare was very efficient, polite and friendly too. Boarding Process was organized, calmly, and it started and it started a bit late but passengers were not feeling chaotic.
Comfort of Cabin were Clean with maintained seats.
Only the flight TVs were not working throughout night on both trips to and from Harare and journey back to Heathrow.

Literally a scam company that also trade under Reserve2Fly. Use bait and switch tactics. Not ABTA or ATOL registered. Avoid like the plague. One of the reviews here is written by who you can only assume "owns" the "business". Names match up on Companies House to a residential Manchester flat.
I bought a air ticket online from them and the price was 436.49 £ when I paid full amount and after couple of days I called them I didn’t receive my ticket confirmation then they said the price is changed and now you need to pay an additional amount like 265 £. It was a scam when I didn’t change anything in my air ticket how can they demand additional MONY I requested please pay me back my full amount but they detected certain amount for no reason and refund me rest of amount after one week that way i think they are a scam people with fake name they are indian back ground people with fake name , like Michael, Eric mm .
