Just an update it's now been 5 months since I requested my withdrawal still no money in my bank and no communication of any sort from this company though I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions they either ignore me or fob me off with excuses

This site is beyond shocking, over the past few months iv been taking screenshots and screen recordings of online chats and gameplay to try build as much evidence as possible against these. This site is a completely illegally run scam. They actually have the ability to somehow manufacture the way the bonus games go on slots really scary iv recorded 100s of minutes. I’m working on finding out all the information I can from these to try make a claim. It’s not even about the losses what they are doing is utterly criminal and putting peoples lives at risk. Please anyone who has gambling issues don’t use this site, Whatever you win, if it’s £10,000 or £1 you will never see one penny of it. And if you ask to close the account or say exclude me they won’t ever let you. Iv screen recorded chats saying close my account don’t let me deposit my life’s at risk and they reply is that all for today etc etc. this is a serious underworld of evil activity that needs stopping if anyone else has had the same issues please get in touch while I build a case

This is a scam site the never payout they'll never update you on you withdrawal which you will never receive. This site will say they are processing your withdrawal and due to a high volume of withdrawal its taking longer than expected. You will never get it they will never payout. There is no contact information you have to use the live chat and I can assure you that's fake as all they do is send you generic text as so many people are chasing the same withdrawal. Avoid this site big time it should be shut down. I'll be putting this review on as many platforms as possible to highlight the thefts this casino site is committing. Hola, este casino es uno mas de los que hay en linea y que se tratan de una pagina fraudulenta, empece a jugar al principio del año y en el primer mes hice un retiro de una cantidad pekeña para comprobar de que si pagan y si pagaron en menos de 2 dias, despues segui jugando y ya con el siguente retiro ya no pagan, retienen el dinero durante 3 mese bajo el pretenxto que tienen que comprobar todos lo datos etc, y en el chat siempre pegan mensajes automatizados y se disculpan por la demora y que espere, asi pasaron 3 meses despues me devolvieron el dinero a mi cuenta enviandome este mensaje: Le informamos que su solicitud de retiro fue rechazada y los fondos ahora están disponibles en el saldo de su cuenta.

me acusan de fraude? que fraude? desde cuando hacer un retiro y recibir tu proprio dinero ganado licitamente se considera fraude? les conteste con el siguiente mensaje y no me han vuelto a contestar, les puse las mismas preguntas en el chat varias veces y lo mismo no quieren contestar. Ahora voy a poner las mismas preguntas que les hice a traves de chat y a traves de correo, tal ves hacerlo publico recibire una respuesta o una deslimitacion para jugar el dinero que tengo en la cuenta o que hagan el pago efectivo, retener el dinero durante varios meses lo considero un robo.

Agradezco su respuesta, aunque me siento muy frustrado y decepcionado por el retraso de tres meses y por la decision de rechazar mi solicitud de retiro.Entiendo que se realizan controles de riesgo, pero la falta de una explicacion especifica y la retencion de mis fondos durante 90 dias sin previo aviso son inaceptables.

Me gustaria solicitarles, de manera urgente, que me proporcionen:
1. La razon exacta y especifica por la que mi solicitud de retiro fue clasificada como de ´alto riesgo¨. Por favor, citen el punto concreto de sus Terminos y Condiciones que aplica a mi caso y detallen la conducta especifica que lo provoco.
2. Que acciones concretas debo tomar por mi parte para asegurar que una futura solicitud de retiro no sea rechazada ni retenida por el mismo motivo.
3. Un plazo garantizado y mas razonable para el procesamiento de mi nueva solicitud de retiro, ya que 90 dias es un periodo excesivamente largo y perjudicial para el usuario.

He vuelto a solicitar el retiro de la cantidad completa de mi saldo.Espero que esta vez el proceso se complete de forma rapida y sin mas demoras injustificadas.

This site and similar sites goldenlion.bet and magicwin1.bet appear to be scam sites. Sent at least 17 different emails and complaints to close account as was depositing too much never get any response just emails with cashback or offers. The merchants that appear on bank statement are varied shops/merchants overseas. Steer well clear.

Won 300, requested withdrawal, 7 days later still nothing. Emailed 4 times with no response. Even did online chat, as soon as I asked about why the money paid into golden pharaoh went to various different companies they exited the chat.

The customer service was fast and sometimes depending who you get they cut you off quickly and is severe although I felt it could be dodgey casino I was offered 30 due to spins not working and won 100 the minimum to withdraw I took 3 weeks on the last day 21st day I received it in my revolut It was back in October sometime last year their games platform is great customer service could be less rushed to get off but they did pay I wish thr withdrawals was faster

DO NOT USE this company. They are infuriating to contact, never reply to the “support” address and the live chat send scripted, crap answers. There’s no way I’m getting my winnings of £2,500 that I withdrew on 26th December and still waiting. Same experiences as most people about this company, absolute frauds, stay well clear, they will never pay out, they just fob you off. Disgusting company to work with, protect you and your money as trying to get money from these will send you insane. Disgrace of a company. The live chat ends without you even finishing, tell you the delay is due to either high amount of withdrawals so there is a delay or some other nonesense. I’m come to the conclusion I am never get that money from these frauds

I deposited 100 and wound up winning. I dont do bonuses when i play i only play actual. I won over 800 eventually and thought id withdraw. Waited the time specified then contacted support who said can be 7-21 working days which i also waited (didnt understand their reasoning but still waited)
Eventually the chqt started cutting me off conversations once they answered with the same mundame answer. I then asked for the 100 quid back rather than the 800+ then they closed my account and the chat dont load anymore. ive also emailed support but they have never answered in the 3months.
Send me promo emails tho.
The people who have been paid out are very lucky.
