Two occasions now, I have placed a bet which has won and only the stake money has been returned.

The people who run this site are scammers, they have turned off the live chat function and there is no way of contacting them as all their emails bounce!

Joke of a company quickly take your money but when it come to withdrawal you get all kinds of embarrassing excuses they've cancelled my withdrawal twice I wait 10 days then they can called then they said use a different withdrawal option and you'll get your money immediately then lie saying you have to wait 7-21 days again currently sending emails to them everyday which are ignored thr chat is a joke they copy and paste messages they don't care for customers then they block you crap service scammers don't use these scammers , update after 28 days still waiting for payment joke of a company don't use these cowboys

Absolute joke off a company been waiting since 1st April for a withdrawal and it's still pending keep asking but same answers and then the just close chat wouldn't even waste your money on it don't think I will ever see my withdrawal

My experience is similar to others. My withdrawals did work very quickly to begin with and now one has been stuck in pending for 5 weeks. Chat services tell you to wait or they say they will contact finance but I have not received any communication from them. If you try and send an email they bounce back. They will not set deposit limits or close you account. A complete fraud and I'm just sorry I joined in the first place.

This is a horrible site. The actual sportsbook and casino game options are good but the live chat team is useless they just dont respond and close chat. Also the withdraw system is an absolute joke. On many sites there is misinfirmation stating that this site only takes 24-48 hours for withdraw but it takes almost a month. They say they need 7-21 working days to check and process everything and then a further 24-48 hours for money to reach account. No other casino does this its an absolute joke. No problem when allowing customers to deposit but as soon as there is a withdraw request it takes a month hilarious.

Scamers unsubscribed 10 times still trying to pull me into gambling. Asked them why no explanation given

Here's a tactic you can use to get your money from them use self exclusion by law they have to pay any money you have in the account directly to your bank

This company cheats! I know casinos arent the most honest of companies but this one has to be the worst. I'd managed to turn the £100 free money into around £370 but then things started to go wrong. First was the roulette tables would just stop spinning afer I'd put a bet on. Then the system would kick me off the table for inactivity! and keep my money! Oh and there's no support or customer service so you can't even complain to them. The worst thing was when I put a bet on roulette,they refused to take it conveniently just as the number I needed to win came up. Needless to say the £370 was all lost due to their underhand tactics. Blatant fixing.

Scum pure scum this horrible site bumped me with 5000 quid shut my account no communication whatsoever they have no phone number no email no licence don't use them

deposited 28 euros and was charged twice with only one deposit - asked for cash to be returned through email to be told to do it thru on line chat - only prob NO ON LINE CHAT!!!!!

I was promised 315£ would be paid within 7 21days from 29 February 2024 and all I get from their support team that they have to do several security checks
I wonder if they take people’s money and don’t pay them when they win that’s

I have now been blocked from gaining access to the site. Awful awful company will be sending this case to my solicitor/ small claims court. Betters beware

Without a doubt the worst casino out there!

I have waited over 40 days for a £400 withdrawal - within the t&cs the terms state 7-21 days max. I have reached out multiple times to request updates and all I receive is bot replies that state the same thing over and over again.

Avoid this casino like the plague! CON ARTISTS!

Don't play any more this casino scammers

I can't comment on the whole procedure (verification, withdrawals etc)
But from my short experience I can 100% say the games are coded wrong and therefore they are likely unfairly set up.
I signed up, deposited 100, played 1 single game that I have played for many hours on multiple platforms, and instantly noticed an issue that the game has never done before - Ironically the live chat did not ask me specifically what this issue was so that they could hide it better.

Only good thing is was very quick and easy to close the account

I read a review stating players from uk welcome, I made a few deposits and win 2500 euros, tried to withdraw 1000 but was rejected, reason was I was from the uk and country was restricted!
Disgusting as I entered my country upon signing up and it even had uk down as a country, all my documents were verified including my uk driving license, no one said anything and they even let me deposit money from uk.
But are refusing to pay as I’m from uk, even blacklisting me!
they have my winnings and deposit! I have never ever been treated so unfairly by any casino!
They use a fake and invalid licence
they will not get away with this! Be warned!
They even blocked my account and have the audacity to send me an email offering me a bonus after closing my account. Just stay away and find another casino!
They need to be shut guan asap, if you from the uk you can play and deposit but cannot withdraw. Utterly shocking!

I made a withdrawal on Sunday night £1500 got it accepted the day after and paid in to my account on the Wednesday. Was worried when I read the reviews but top notch.

Just an update my 3rd withdrawal of £3000 has taken over 10 days and still says awaiting on there end, they are saying it can take up to 21 business days
So getting a bit worried as another review mentioned the 3rd withdrawal took ages

I signed up for this casino in December, made a deposit and worked up to a balance of £124.00. I requested a withdrawal on 26th of December and finally after 2 months I got the withdrawal today.

This is not a great site by any means and 2 months for a withdrawal is absolutely crazy. Those that have withdrawals pending, you should hopefully get your money at some point I hope.

Please don’t use this site it’s just a headache and loads better options

Absolute Scam

I made some bets on the crash and it took the money without it letting me play. I made a support ticket and they said there is nothing wrong on their side.

And later the day my account has been removed without any reason and haven't received any emails.
