My initial experience with golden pharaoh was fairly positive. Deposited no problem. When I won I did receive 2 withdrawals ( £100 & £509) Admittedly they took a little time , approximately 2 weeks to come through. The problem is my third withdrawal also £500 hasn’t been processed, been waiting 7 weeks. Despite contacting Golden numerous times nothing has happened. I will update if the situation changes Ed.

Do not join this site. I am going to leave a very long review here with all the reasons why you should not join this scam site. Until I update I can only give my word please skip these scammers. No deposit limits can be set. I asked live chat support to block all deposits to my account and they still let me deposit after this. I have been depressed and drinking more than I should calling out for help from this company but they will let me deposit and lose all my crypto money without even a reply to my emails. No duty of care when it comes to gambling. I have lost 2.5k without 1 good hit, never close to cashing out. Worst site for hitting a bonus on ever.
The 2.5k was over many deposits as I bet small on slots like an average of 40-50 pence. Every bonus paid so so low money. Live chat was removed from my account and emails were ignored. In my emails I asked to block all deposits on my account but they let my deposit another 1.2k and lose it. I have proof of everything I have said and as I said I will update this review in detail. I lost 2.5k how much will you lose?

Absolute scam I deposited for the 1st time I should have got £100 bonus plus 100 free spins, there was nothing on my account I went to chat as the money had left my bank the person said higher management had closed my account so I couldn't use my account when I logged out and try to log in access was denied so money lost or rather taken!!!

Signed up, placed a withdrawal on Friday. Asked about the withdrawal status which says ACCEPTED but not in my account yet. Not sure about this site as I’ve read many reviews about people not being able to withdraw. Waiting to see what happens. Will keep updated but quite unsure about it at the moment.

Unfortunately had to give a one star . Bad site , you won’t win nothing . If you get Jeremiah in live chat , what an absolute 🤬 . You can’t ask it a question as they close your account. We could all do that job online , sit there , do nothing and close accounts. What a way to treat people that you’re robbing !

I wouldn’t signup nor use this casino. When I deposited with my card the name on the transaction showed as “Digital Training” first of all which I thought was very weird. It seems they use a shell company not associated with the casino name to take payments and the company name on the transaction for each deposit changes which is a huge 🚩

The withdrawals are a minimum of £100.00 and as soon as you withdraw it gets stuck on “awaiting” and doesn’t go any further. Other reviews all say the same thing and you are told to wait 7-21 days despite it showing 24-48 hours on the site.

This brand is the same sites running mrsloty / magicwin and others. All websites have the same format, no viable licence when checking with the Curacao gaming board as they claim. All these sites run by the same people also have dreadful reviews and doesn’t seem anyone has ever had a withdrawal.

This is a huge warning to not use this site unless you physically want to lose money. You would be better setting it on fire

Played with a first and only deposit yesterday,and they have taken two amounts from my bank . Tried to speak to someone who wasn't interested,and cut me off . Will have to speak to my bank.

I requested a withdrawal of £100 on 8th December, it is still stuck on pending despite my account being verified. I’ve tried to enquire via chat as to when it might be processed but I just get the generic response of 7-21 days. I’ve had the chat closed on me twice now when I’ve started asking questions about their licence.
To be honest, I’m not holding out much hope that I will ever see that £100, but I will update this review if I do receive it within a reasonable timeframe.
At present, I would advise people not to pay/play at this site.

14/12/23 update - still no payment or communication from the site. My account is fully verified and I’ve not been asked for any further documentation. I see no valid reason to withhold the withdrawal this long. Please don’t use this site!

Another thing I’ve noticed - the ‘Last Winners’ they have scrolling across their homepage are obviously fake. It’s been the same names/amounts/games for at least the last month!
