Hi Sandra,

We understand there has been an issue with the delivery of your order. Although the tracking shows it as delivered, you have not received it. We have reached out to you to request a non-delivery confirmation from the courier, the courier plus the tracking details are in the email. Once we have confirmation we can either issue a refund or reship your order.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, but these steps are required to ensure we can resolve the matter properly. We’ve also responded to the enquiry you raised with your bank to help speed up the resolution.

Thank you for sharing both the positives and negatives of your experience. We’re pleased to hear you found great value, but we’re very sorry that one pair of trousers arrived with a fault.

Please contact us through our website with your order details so we can arrange a replacement or refund for the faulty item. We’ll also review this with our quality control team to prevent it happening again.

Hi Tom, thank you for your feedback. I am aware of the mishap in sizing and I believe our team have emailed you today to mention that the correct size will be reshipped. There has been some confusion with the warehouse team with sizing and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

Hi Harry, thank you for your feedback, your order was placed on the 17th of August and is currently being fulfilled. This should be with you within the next 10 days. We do use Express Global Shipping to deliver orders. Please ignore the the delivery date on the tracking, this is created by third party software which we have no control over. We are currently addressing the issue to stop confusion amongst our customers. Please reach out if you have any further questions via our contact form on our website.

Hi John, thank you for your review. We have flagged this as we do not recognise you as a customer, and your comments do not reflect the service or products we provide. Our collection includes both logoed and non-logoed clothing, giving customers a wider choice, and all items come with customised tags and are delivered in customised packaging. The suggestion that our products are copied from other retailers is inaccurate and does not represent our business.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your purchase, and we truly appreciate your feedback. Please follow our standard return procedure to submit a return request, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the items and process your refund. We will also be sure to share your comments with our suppliers.

Regarding the black chinos you mentioned with the sewn back pockets — this is not a defect. The back pockets are lightly stitched closed as part of the design, and the stitching can be undone by gently opening the pocket.

Hi Derek,
Thank you for your feedback. We’ve flagged your comment for review, as it contains some factual inaccuracies. While there has been a slight delay with your order — and we’ve kept you updated along the way — the delivery time is not 35 days. Your order was placed on July 11th and is currently with the local courier, scheduled for delivery within the next day or so.

We do source our items from global suppliers in order to offer our customers competitive prices, this information is displayed on all our product pages under the "delivery" heading.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment with our service.

Upon reviewing our system, we can confirm that we responded to your emails, including those sent on 27th May and 6th June. Additionally, we reached out on 10th June regarding the separate shipment of items, but we did not receive a response until 17th June.

We have now obtained proof of delivery from Yodel and have forwarded this to you for your review. Once we receive confirmation from your side, we’ll proceed with refunding the missing items.

Please understand that while we strive to ensure a smooth delivery experience, our control over third-party courier services is limited. That said, we are committed to resolving this issue as swiftly as possible and appreciate your patience.

At this time, we have not yet received your return item, and as such, we are unable to proceed with the refund. As outlined in our refund policy, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Please be assured that we process refunds promptly once returned items are received, as reflected in feedback from our previous customers.
