Hi Tom,

We have had excellent feedback from customers on our stretch chinos and they are one of our most popular items.

We delivered the chinos during the first week of April and were contacted by you on the 9th May regarding the fault. Unfortunately, this is outside of our return window. Thank you for acknowledging our quick response. We do hope you understand our return policy and use us again 😃.

Hi Gary, thank you for your feedback, we have reached out to you directly to gather more information. The items you have ordered have received good feedback so we are surprised to hear your views, however, we do realise each individual has personal preferences.

We do provide sizes on our website to provide guidance to customers, we also ship from warehouses across US, UK and China depending on the items you order.
