Regarding tracking, you should have received an email with the tracking confirmation number. If this was not the case please let us know, and we’ll gladly assist in providing the tracking ID.

Hi Caroline, sorry for the delay in delivery of your order. This was due to a delay by the courier service which is somewhat out of our control. Nevertheless, we do value your feedback.
