Amazing customer service- the original item I’d ordered had a slight fault so they let me know immediately and offered me a full refund or an alternative golf bag. I went with the alternative and it’s just arrived super fast and is perfect. Thank you so much! In twenty five years, I dread to think how many sets and sets I have purchased and sold to be fair, thus dealing from Van Pro in AZ, Nevada Bobs, Clubhouse Golf, Affordable golf, Jam golf, Clarkes golf, Online golf and on and on and on.......
To be fair Affordable was the tops for me, until I have to say now. I stumbled on GOLFWORX when I saw the price they had on the Taylormade p7TW irons.
How much ? that cheap ? and free balls too ?
Nahhhhh can't be right.
But it was. But it wasn't just the price, it was coupled with unbelievableeeeeeeeeee service from the boys.
I really was taken back so much.
I didn't have to chase them, they actually took time out to contact me in progress of order plus all the other small details.
And its the small details they action so well, which makes them for me, by far the best online dealers I have dealt with.
Credit to them, credit to golf sales to have them.

If I have to fault them ? As a Liverpool fan they follow Newcastle UTD and are richer than my lot and getting better too.

This company go the extra mile in customer service. These guys offer excellent prices, great communication, excellent delivery and keep their promises. Some of the so called multi nationals could learn valuable lessons from Golfworx customer care and satisfaction
Whenever I am considering buying golfing stuff, I always look them up FIRST and if they have what I need in stock, I order it from them. Try them please you won't be disappointed.

Bought a brand new set of srixon irons custom spec at best price avaliable in the market at the time. Communication was great and to my surprise they posted on express delivery. Was able to get out the next day and enjoy my new golf clubs. Highly recommend using golf worx.

Some companies talk about customer service but few of those actually deliver.
GolfWorx, in the capable hands of owner Karl certainly does deliver - before, during & after the sale.
He couldn't have been more supportive, and friendly with it too.
Based at Boldon golf club for many years now, the shop is large & very well stocked with a comprehensive range of quality golfing products at very competitive prices.

After speaking to many well known golf club retailers, with limited constructive feedback, luck would have it that Karl, from Golfworx, came up trumps. Karl went the extra mile to source me left handed Titleist TSi2 and Ping g425 hybrids clubs at very competitive prices and in a short space of time. I had an issue with flaking paint on a putter that I had purchased from Golfworx about 18 months ago. Golfworx were understanding, absolutely fantastic and so efficient in getting the putter repaired promptly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Absolutely magnificent.

I preordered Ordered a PingChip-r and unfortunately there was a delay, however I cannot thank Golfworx for their fantastic customer service, they answered my query so quickly, updated me on progress and delivered asap as soon as they received the clubs from ping. I must have used a dozen online golf sites and this without a doubt was simply the best. Golfworx definately have my future business.
