Ordered a custom made JPX825 gap wedge, 5-7 days delivery time quoted, Delivered exactly on time, Received a call from Carl when Item despatched,Can’t fault the service. Would definitely use again.

Getting fitted by Karl for a new set of irons in November 23 has knocked nearly FOUR strokes off my handicap index—19.5 to 15.8 in exactly 12 months.

I had an hour booked in with Karl and was late turning up. Karl was super chill about it (happily he had a free slot after) and asked me a bunch of questions about what I did and didn't want, measured my swing, strike and ground contact etc. etc.

I didn't have anything in mind, so Karl tried a LOAD of different options, taking time to explain how each affected my launch angle, distance, spin, ability to stop the ball etc. I knew nothing and he was very patient and clear in his explanation. In all he spent nearly two hours with me, way more than he had to (or that he'd promised).

In the end we found the perfect clubs for me — some Ping G430s. Turns out I need my clubs to be slightly more upright than usual (so that's why I often caught the turf on long irons!) so he suggested white dots.

After a week or so getting made, the difference was immediate. I always had quite a slow swing speed but can now hit a seven iron 170 yards.

Mainly, though, I'm so much more confident on my approach shots. I'm consistent in my yardage and get a great, high trajectory, meaning I can usually stop the ball on most greens.

Price was extremely competitive and I genuinely couldn't have been happier with the service. Going to book an appointment now for a driver/wood fitting.

I ordered winter wheels for my powakaddy. They were dispatched promptly but unfortunately delivered to the wrong address by couriers. I rang Karl and he sorted out immediately with the couriers and they were correctly delivered the following day. Communication was 1st class throughout 5* service

First time I have used Golfworx and absolutely delighted. Been searching for a Cleveland Hy-Wood and had seen used one on a site selling used Golf clubs. When I went to buy it , it had been sold and a Google search brought up Golfworx. In 4 days, they got me a Brand New one made to my specification and shipped to my address in time for a Golf Trip :-) Plus it was CHEAPER then the Used one I was looking at. Could not do more for me and Communication was fantastic.

Fantastis service

So I took a trip to Titleist in Cambridge to get fitted for the new GT driver. Now although I got sorted regarding the shaft, the club I really didn't get along with. I then sourced through Golfworx a truly great deal on last years TSR models. Got the shafts I needed Tensai 1k Black 65 and the difference is amazing. Service and being kept in the loop second to none. Excellent job.

This company are mint. Clubs made to fit ..communication first class...delivery spot on..recommended to anyone who want a great service. I didn't know this company but pleased I do now. Jeff

I spent a lot of money in the past 20 years in a national chain, who I wont name, and they couldn't care less once they have your money, I wont go back there.

Karl sorted out my minor issue very quickly and chased up my order with Mizuno, updating me out of hours.

When the club arrived... I thought the shaft was steel... Karl emailed me back within 30 minutes, again out of hours, to explain it was a graphite with a chrome finish.

100 % great service and 100 % recommended. Top notch 👍

I am really impressed with Golfworx and especially Karl. My club Pro could not get me the Ping irons I was after but Karl managed. Afterwards I wanted an additional 4 iron to match and although they were "like hen's teeth " ....Karl came to the rescue again ⭐️. He went out of his way to source the iron and send it to me. Best customer service I have received in a long time.
I had a delay on an order for a new golf trolley, so emailed customer support. I received a call within a few hours advising of the issue and Carl got it sorted and sources a replacement from another location to be dispatched in quick time. I will happily be using Golfworxs again and thanks to Carl for going above and beyond.
