I recently had a customer service experience that was exceptional! I purchased a product that unfortunately was damaged not due to quality but was likely affected during shipping. I contacted customer support upon discovering this defect. Customer support not only resolved my issue by providing me a replacement. They were extraordinarily expedient in their responses and required just the standard amount of proof of defect that I would expect from a company. I truly appreciate their care and support. I will now be looking to expand my Goli experience in the future with potentially adding additional products should they fit with my lifestyle needs. Thank you so much Goli for being a company with care and integrity.

As soon as I started taking the vitamins I started to feel my body change for the worse after one day. Started to get nauseous,headaches, body aches, and pure discomfort. I stopped taking the vitamins right away started to feel better a day later. Seen the ads and bought $100+ worth of products thinking that it would be a healthy product to take only to have myself get ill and the company not wanting to pay me back after I sent the products back. Would not recommend this product nor recommend everything ad you see on TV either.

The Goli customer service is amazing. An order that I placed was delivered to wrong address. I contacted Goli customer service through email and their response & action time was phenomenal!!! They responded immediately and resent the order to correct address free of charge! This kind of customer service will keep me a customer for life!!!!!!!!

Your company and team are one in a million always taking care of us. You know i believe I've been taking your gummies for 7 months or longer, I have not missed one day and feel amazing.

I love their approach in customer experience. I have trouble with swallowing supplements or medicines, and I like that these are in gummies form!

So out of all the supplements I’ve ordered goli is my go to and their customer service is the best. I am a customer for life I have stomach issues including ulcers and I’ve been taking these constantly and I have no burn anymore I’m no doctor I’m just saying I feel so much better with these. I’m a real customer not an employee hyping it up like some brands. I highly recommend and believe me when you have questions there response is second to none. Thank you.

Amazing customer service. Prompt and attentive

My first shipment didn't arrive. I notified customer service, they didn't flinch they resent my order and received it. On my second day. I'm going to give it a week or two before discussing efficacy.

I had an issue with one of my gummy products for the first time ever and it was resolved with a product replacement quickly. Great customer Service!

I've been very happy with the Goli customer service. They have been very consistent in getting my subscriptions straight and helping me fix anything that wasn't just the way I needed it to be! And I love the products!! I can't even say which one is my favorite. Recently I've tried the sleep ones, I have a hard time getting to sleep and they have definitely helped me and also, it's a more restful sleep. And even more importantly I'm not struggling to wake up in the morning. It's a win/win.
I use several of the products daily. Matcha Mind is a good one, and Red Apple Cider Vinegar is wonderful with keeping my digestion working like it should.

I was having trouble finding my order that was delivered. They were great in sending me another order with no additional charge.
Then i located the lost order and notified them and offered to pay for the extra order. They very politely said not to worry. It was an awesome experience.

I accidentally forgot to enter my discount code when placing my order today. After I had already paid, I contacted customer service, and they responded very quickly. They added the discount code to my order and made sure I received my discount and the bonus connected to it. I was really impressed with how quickly and helpfully they solved the issue. Great customer service and a very positive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a package of Goli NAD+ and there was an issue with it. By just contacting customer service online and providing the information that they needed, they were able to replace the bottles. Customer service was EXCEPTIONAL and made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely feel comfortable ordering from them directly!

I ordered my first shipment through the shop app, and im not sure if I missed the spot to put the apartment number or if it just didnt save it but when my shipment was supposed to arrive it was marked as "undeliverable and return to sender" because they didnt have the apartment number. When I contacted Goli about this they immediately reviewed the order and shipped a new order for free with the proper address probably within an hour or two of me sending the email.
10/10 on patience, understanding, and responding quickly. Probably the best customer service experience ive ever had Im super impressed with their timing and willingness to help. Im super excited to receive my first shipment

Love the Apple Cider Vinegar gummies but the sugar free ones are disgusting!!! Had to throw them away. Nasty taste

This product is completely worthless. I’ve been working out for years and have used various products to help achieve my goals. If anything Goli worked against my goals. Within days of stopping the product I felt better. I would stay clear of any Goli products
