Never thought buying a full outdoor swing online would go this smooth. From checkout to setup, everything went pretty much as it should. The shipping updates came on time, the boxes arrived safely, and the swing actually looks nice in my backyard. I've been using it every evening after work - it squeaks a little sometimes, but nothing annoying. Overall, I', glad went for it.

The swing came in 2 boxes, and both were packed tight with foam and zip ties. Took a while to get all the plastic wrap off, but that's probably a good thing. Nothing was scratched or bent, and even the small parts were in labeled bags. I've bought bigger than furniture online that came loose and messy, so this was way more organized.

Putting the swing together took me about an hour by myself. Their instructions were simple pictures, no long paragraphs, which helped. One bolt didn't want to go in at first, but after loosening the frame a bit it lined up fine. Once set up, it looked exactly like the photos online. I was tired but happy - totally worth the little sweat.

I emailed their support because one of the ropes seemed shorter than the other when I unpacked it. Got a reply the next day from someone who actually read my message. They explained how to adjust it and even sent a short clip showing how to do it. Didn't try to upsell me or anything, just straight help. That kind of simple, human response goes a long way.

The swing I got actually feels solid. The frame's metal is thick and doesn't wobble once you tighten it all up. The seat fabric feels nice-not cheap or slippery. I've had it out on the patio or 2 weeks now through a few light rains, and it's holding up great. It's better than what I expected for the price, will buy again.

I bought this rattan swing for my patio and it looks great in person the color blends perfectly with my backyard. The cushion are soft but not too thick. It took about 10 days to arrive which is okay. The only minor issue is that the canopy is a little tight but once assembled, everything is sturdy. I've spent hours reading outdoors on it.
