Chance was amazing
Chance was amazing. He had really good aura and the vibe was excellent for me. That is you did really great job. I was really impressed. I can’t remember the last time I had somebody help me put on my shoes. It does means a lot, and he clearly was not looking at his watch like trying to get out of the sale or what it could be couldn’t be, but I’ll be back gonna just check myself, but he was great. I gave him like 10 stars.

Very accommodating
Mara was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m sure she treats everyone with “special” care but she may not have been expecting our special case. She understood my concerns and was very patient.

Mike is an exceptional employee
Mike at the Novi Good Feet Store is an exceptional customer service representative. He was providing me customer service before I made it fully into the store. He answered all my questions, provided solutions and expanded my knowledge on your products. He loves his job and provides top notch service. That is rare these days. By the way, your inserts worked and I am pain free today and 17 lbs lighter, that is my personal experience.
