Luis is fantastic. Foot pain for 7 years, I’m feeling great walking out

I wrote a detailed review on Google in Mid-July after I had my first fitting and bought the arch supports. I then updated it twice afterwards as I went through my The Good Feet journey and experience. Basically, after trying everything, including acupuncture, PT, etc., I went to the Good Feet store to address a terrible sciatica issue that I have, pain that runs down both legs and I have some weakness in my right calf. Luis is a gem. He was very helpful and informative with me, and assured me that The Good Feet system has helped a lot of people with sciatica; he gave me a lot of hope that it will help me as well. After about 3 or 4 weeks, I tried to reach Luis a few times to get a follow up consultation since, now after 5 weeks, I haven't had any relief from the pain. Not having received any response from Luis, I finally called the store, spoke with someone else and made the appointment to meet up with Luis which I had this morning. After spending some time with me, Luis suggested that, rather than refitting my arch supports (originally, Luis mistakenly marked my shoe size as 9 1/2, rather than my correct shoe size as 8 1/2 to 9, so I thought this could be a problem), I reduce my use of the strengtheners and increase the time spent with my relaxers and maintainers. He said to call him after a week to see if I have any improvement in the sciatica pain. I agreed to follow the new plan and re-assess in a week. I am so hopeful that this does the trick, as the pain is sometimes unbearable. Luis assured me that this system will address the my issue. I have my fingers crossed!!

I love the templates, but I have doubts about their scanner, and I regret being convinced to pay for all three templates when it was possible to pay for just one afterward, and that bothers me. The service is fabulous but a little misleading.

Very good Eder is the best selling person

My experience with The Good Feet store was amazing. They listened to my story, got my feet, educated me and got me into a product that instantly improved my quality of life. I can walk pain free, run around with my toddlers. Even my husband has notice a difference.

This place was so amazing. I’ve had knee problems for the longest time and after trying the inserts they completely vanished. The experience was great and Luis was so helpful! I felt like they really cared about me and truly wanted to help.

Quiero dejar este review porque realmente se lo merecen. Aunque al final no terminé comprando, fue únicamente porque me di cuenta de que no era exactamente el producto que estaba buscando, no por el servicio que recibí.

Desde que entré me atendieron de manera excelente. Quiero destacar especialmente a Luis, que estuvo casi dos horas con nosotros explicándonos absolutamente todo con una paciencia, dedicación y profesionalismo increíbles. Respondió cada una de nuestras dudas, nos mostró todas las opciones disponibles, los distintos planes y alternativas de financiamiento, y en ningún momento nos hizo sentir presionados.

Sinceramente, pocas veces me atendieron tan bien. De hecho, me dio mucha pena no llevarme el producto porque el servicio que brindó Luis fue impecable. Se nota que conoce lo que hace, le apasiona ayudar a la gente y realmente busca encontrar la mejor opción para cada cliente.

Si están buscando un lugar donde los asesoren con honestidad, paciencia y muchísima profesionalidad, lo recomiendo totalmente. Gracias, Luis, por la excelente atención. Ojalá todos los vendedores atendieran con el compromiso y la calidad con la que lo hiciste vos.

I went to this store today and Ed helped me with my bad feet. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and takes all foot problems into consideration. He makes you feel like family. Which with me there are many. Can’t wait to try my new system and see if it helps. Much better than having surgery with much less pain. Thanks Ed.
