An A+ Ellen Experience
The Chapman's and myself, Suzanne McKenzie had the BEST EXPERIENCE.
Please say Thankyou to Ellen, from the Kalamazoo Store on South Westnedge.
She gracefully spoke to my Dad and explained all the information step by step. She listened to his opinion and his wants. She switched out product and had him get up and walk to let her know his feed back.
It was great to see my Dad finally "walk" with confidence without wobbling and shuffling his feet.
Ellen even sized my feet. I initially just wanted to see my correct size of shoe. It turned into a great experience for myself. I never put myself "first". It's always my husband and son. Today!! I chose Me and it Feels Awesome!!!

Best part was my fitter, Cheryl Perk in Portage MI store.

Highly Recommend the Good Feet Store
I recently brought my dad to the Good Feet Store, and we had a wonderful experience. Sherri Vicks was exceptional from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly assess his needs, explain everything clearly, and answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed.
