Naiko was very helpful in educating me on what is causing my foot pain and how best to address it. Her friendly, but never pushy approach was nice and I enjoyed our conversation. I am happy with the decision she lead me to and feel good with my purchase. I would recommend making an appointment for orthotics with her. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in to the Tustin store I felt hopeful. Niako greeted me and taught me everything I needed to know about my situation to start my journey. The process is easy but of course it was all new to me. Niako was patient and kind. I am a believer! She may be an angel because she gave me confidence in being pain free! Truly a miracle.

Skammers. Severe upselling with inability to return unused items within 14 days - with NO discussion of this. $$$ NO flexibility or customer service. ONLY ability to buy more. Tustin, CA location’s manager Niako Hanzy is the lead skam artist rather than ethical leader.
