I bought a Windows 10 Pro + Office 2016 Pro -Bundle last year, but office now gives the message that office is not genuine. customer support didn't solve the problem for me. Now I will have to buy a new license.

No dia 02.05.2021 selecionei o antivírus da kaspersky, paguei e até hoje nunca recebi a chave do produto.
Já entrei em contacto com goodoffer 24 e sempre me dão uma desculpa e pedem para contactar noutro horário.
Esta última vez, a terceira já nem dão resposta.
Esta plataforma não é credível.
Por fim e para aqueles que já adquiriram produtos a estes sujeitos e que não tiveram problemas, foi porque tiveram sorte.
Eu também já tinha comprado um Windows 10 e um office 2019 e tudo correu bem, depois enganam as pessoas.

No dia em que realizei este comentário e nesse mesmo dia voltei a estabelecer contacto com a goodoffer24 e aconteceu o inimaginável.
Como anteriormente já tinha colocado a hipótese de poder trocar o antivírus kaspersky por outro software ou outros softwares equivalentes no preço e se esse preço fosse excedido eu colocaria o excedente, mas se ficasse abaixo do preço do kaspersky a goodoffer poderia ficar com a diferença, aceitaram a minha proposta..
Pois bem escolhi um conjunto de dois programas que só ultrapassava o preço do kaspersky sensivelmente 1,50 euros e a minha escolha recaiu sobre um conjunto de dois softwares, o Windows 10 profissional e um office 2016.
Suponho que terá sido no mesmo dia recebi o office 2016 com o qual me encontro a trabalhar neste preciso momento e um dia e meio depois recebi o Windows 10 profissional.
Agora acontece que estes dois programas de substituição, o Windows 10 profissional e o office 2016, não vieram do catálogo de dois softwares, mas sim do catálogo de softwares de programas individuais.
Ora bem monetariamente a soma destes dois programas já não excedia 1,50 euro, mas agora perto de 10 euros, alertei a goodoffer24 para tal facto, disponibilizei-me a repor o remanescente e expliquei a goodoffer24 que agora quem se encontrava em divida era eu, acho que eles entenderam muito bem qual era o ponto da situação e aonde eu pretendia chegar.
Agora é aqui que se dá o inimaginável, a goodoffer24 envia-me o kaspersky antivírus com a licença para dois anos tal como eu tinha solicitado anteriormente e não pediu qualquer pagamento.
Para mim o que é que acontece:
Ou a googoffer24 me quis premiar pelo facto de terem cometido uma falha durante algum tempo e tempo esse já considerável para uma compra feita on-line ou utilizou a história da Rolls-Royce.
Houve em tempos um magnata de um país árabe comprou um rolls-royce, uns meses depois esse rolls-royce avaria e o magnata alerta para tal acontecimento a rolls-royce, prontamente a marca disponibilizou elementos que se deslocaram ao país do tal magnata afim de proceder á reparação, feita a reparação tudo voltou ao normal.
Passado também alguns meses o magnata achou estranho não ter recebido qualquer factura para pagar e voltou a entrar em contacto com a rolls-royce e lembrou que se encontrava em divida e porque motivos.
O interlocutor com quem o magnata tinha conversado informou que a rolls-royce nunca tinha enviado qualquer equipa de reparação a qualquer país árabe e que o magnata estava equivocado.
Moral da história, a rolls-royce defendeu a marca. Servindo-se deste princípio a goodoffer24 também estará a defender a sua plataforma de venda de software on-line.
Da mesma forma que coloquei o artigo de opinião no site trustpilot em que teci uma critica á goodoffer24 pela forma como estava a tratar o meu caso, quero também agradecer o facto de terem desfeito o erro e um bem-haja.

They won't tell you that the licence is OEM.
I purchased my Windows 10 Pro licence thinking that i could activate it on August (actually June), but was not until i asked to Customer Service that if it was Retail (binded to your Microsoft Acc) or OEM (binded to your PC). Sadly it was OEM, that means that if my pc get dead, or their licenses get deactivated, or i need a change of a new pc, the licence stops working, and the money goes to the trash.
Fortunatly i asked for a refund to "Lin (Customer Service)", so in 1 week i'll get an aswer.

Edit: I got my refund in the time they said. Great client service!

Ils vendent des licences contrefaites.
Du coup, windows m'a bloqué mes licenses.
J'ai repris contact avec Goodoffer qui ne veulent rien entendre. Ils ne remboursement pas, n'échanges pas, bien que je leur fournisse la preuve de Windows que leur licenses n'étaient pas officielles. J'ai déposé une plainte.

The keys I bought most of them not working then after I contacted them they alway telling me download the windows from official website which I always have!!

They are a scam with misleading answers , they are trying to steal your money.

Не однократно покупал ключи на windows. Реально все работает, рекомендовал мне знакомый, он постоянно покупал ключи на разные программы, и мне порекомендовал, проблема только с регистрацией, и переводом денег на данный сайт.

Depois de ter comprado o Office 2019 e ter problemas com a chave de ativação, contatei o suporte que não resolveram o problema nem reembolsaram. Contactada a Microsoft, eis a resposta que passo a transcrever:

"Não é possível ativar este produto porque a chave de produto não é válida"
Se vir esta mensagem, isto significa que a sua chave do produto foi bloqueada e deixará de funcionar.

Se a sua chave de produto não funcionar, ou tiver parado de funcionar, deverá contactar o vendedor e solicitar um reembolso. Se comprou uma chave de produto separada do software, é muito possível que a chave do produto tenha sido roubada ou obtida de forma fraudulenta, e posteriormente bloqueada para utilização.

Comme beaucoup j'ai acheté une licence Office 365 qui n'a jamais fonctionnée! le service commercial après plusieurs tentative m'a dit en terme de conclusion de contacter Microsoft!!

They sold me 2 Windows 10 Pro keys which do not work on Windows 10.
When asked about this they told me that the keys were actually good but they expired so I have to buy new keys.
There is no info on their page nor in the email I received from them when buying the keys that they have an expiration date

I bought a 1-year Office 365 subscription for 1 device: The product page mentions:

"1) Please note this product is an ACCOUNT instead of a KEY!
2) This is a NEW account"

The first thought I did was that this is for a new username, not for re-subscribing an existing one. Then I realized that I CANNOT create a NEW office 365 account, so a new username cannot be chosen.
I was actually sold a pre-chosen and pre-activated account.

They have sent me a username and a password. After logging in, the office365 webpage did not ask me to change my pre-set password. Then I realized that the account is supposed to belong to someone called "Joseph Foley".

I tried to set up a self-service password but the error I got was:
"We're sorry, but your administrator has not enabled you to register at this time."
Then, I tried to review the terms of use and that redirected me to the webpage (dots instead of - )

After a more in-depth reading of the product web page, I saw this note: "You will get an account email & account password, and then you will need to log in to www dot office dot com with this account email
and password (PS: You can only change the password of this account, not the email address & name of this account.)"

YES, they DO sell what they say.
BUT what the don't say is that:

1) IT IS ILLEGAL
2) The user HAS NO ADMIN PERMISSIONS on this account they sell.

I've already reported this to Microsoft.

I have bought two Windows 10 license keys and Office 2019. After buying it turned out that keys are invalid. Had to contact with cusomer service and one key was regenerated. As for the Office and second window 10 Pro Keys expired... Solution is to buy a new key WHAT!?

Stay away!
They sell trial license instead of normal ones.
After some time, the license is expired and the support give you as a solution a discount!
That's definitely a scam, you buy a permanent product(in my case office 2016) and in reality they give you a trial license.

They are selling trial key as real key.

Scam site with misleading products. No refunds when they sell you the wrong product. Go anywhere else. I'm flagging them on consumer protection to try to shut them down.
