I've paid for an Office Key. One month after, when I try to use it for the first time, it didn't work. When I talked with the support the told me that they already gave me the key so that's it, they will not refund me or give me a new key, but they can give me a discount to buy a new one. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

GoodOffer24 son unos ESTAFADORES, cuando pasa un tiempo, os desactivan la licencia.

Compre el Office 2019 Pro, el primer año bien, luego se desactivo, contacto con ellos y me hacen reinstalarlo y me lo activan, este año otra vez pasa lo mismo, realizo el proceso y lo reactivan, pasan ni 30 días y vuelve fallar la licencia y se lavan las manos.

Estos tipos deben tener 5 licencias y vender 10, y van desactivando las que tienen mas tiempo.

THROWING MONEY! When my first key was blocked after 1 days I was assigned a second. That key was only worth a few hours to me. The key to the other product is invalid after 4 days. When I contacted Goodoffer24, after my claim that they were assigning the same key to other customers, they no longer responded to my messages. Goodoffer24 keys are a scam. THROWING MONEY!

I purchased one year ago from them 4 windows 10 pro key and one one Microsoft office key. I had a problem with the activations of my Windows 10 Pro, so I send an emails each time in order to problem to be solved. On positive side they replied and solved the problems. One of the key wasn't used and today I decided to activate one windows 10 Pro. Of course, the key was rejected and I contacted them. I was surprised when the reply to me that they can't replace the key, because the key expired. I have records of all emails and proof of purchase and I wasn't able to find any information about expiration of the key, so I can't assume responsibility. Stay way from them. They are not friendly or customer oriented. They just look for your money and are very rude. I will never buy from them.

Ich habe bei goodoffer24 das Microsoft Office 16 für zwei Rechner bestellt. Das am 1sten PC läuft noch. An meinem Notebook läuft es nicht mehr. Laut Microsoft sei dies nicht die Originale Version. Ich müsste mich an meinem Händler wenden. Dies tat ich und ich musste denen noch fragen beantworten. Dies tat ich auch und warte seit dem 18.07.20 noch auf Antwort.
Also, Vorsicht bei diesem Händler.

Most of the real experiences - including mine - described here about Goodoffer24 are negative, (invalid/unofficial keys, non-existent service, impossible refunding) but Trustpilot evaluates it with over 4 stars based on 1000 bot generated fake reviews. Congratulations Trustpilot!

This site is a scam, everything works like a charm till u need to reuse the license, yes we have the buy another.
What a scam, how can a license became invalid if u buyit?
Here it is the support response:

"Our key can only be activated once, when you activate it for the first time, the key is already invalid. The system can be used all the time, but when you want to use the same key to activate a system again, the key cannot be used".

I asked were the is the information on the site our the contract of use in the email, and never have any information about that.
So be careful when u buy to this company.

What others already said. The site is a scam and the keys work only 1 time and under certain circumstances. If you need to reinstall the OS or software the key you purchased is no longer valid and they HIDE this information from you. STAY AWAY!

Ai acheté 5 licences Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus.
Je télécharge et grave le CD d'installation, j'installe à partir de ce CD mais la clef fournie par GoodOffer24 n'est pas reconnue par Microsoft.
Suite à contact du service client, on me dit qu'on m'a fourni une clef "ISO" et non une clef officielle.
Je demande donc 5 vraies licences qu'on me transmet ensuite par 5 mail distincts.
18 mois après cet achat, j'essaie d'utiliser une de ces 5 clefs pour installer office sur un PC mais les 5 identifiants apparaissent comme déjà utilisés sur le site de téléchargement de Microsoft.
En bref : perte sèche de plus de 100 Euros.

Personally, I didn't buy anything here, but my friend did. His license keys didn't work, but I thought maybe it was an exceptional case. But judging from the comments I read on trustpilot, it's all true and Goodoffer24 is the most common scammers. I didn't even know that you can be so horrible with your own customers. It's like a new level of awfulness. For all I know, it's a shame my friend never got his money back.

License keys do not work, customer service do not respond.
I want these guys out of biz for sure, not to harm more people.

One star-it will not allow a zero star. License key purchase did not work. They never replied to two emails sent. Total scam in my opinion. Do not waste your money.

- I've received the new Office 365 account,
- asked for a refund on the day of order without using it,
- got an answer that they will check if it is still valid,
- 19 days have passed since then...
- I sent them 3 more mails asking how long it will take, but no answer.

If you order an Office 365 license, it is not a real license key, but a totally new "academic" account which you can link with your existing account.

Plus point: they say this in the description, which I didn't read because I couldn't dreamt about the possibility of buying a new account for Office instead of a single license key.

So, my bad that I didn't read the description thoroughfully enough, but it is their bad that:
- this smells like a fraud,
- they don't answer the mails,
- and they don't send the refund.

UPDATE: I've opened a dispute on Paypal, under the 'Item not received' type. I've asked for a refund there, and they had the guts to respond with the same 'can-you-wait?-we-need-to-check-the-validity-blabla' message.
I said that I cannot wait since they already lied once, and gave them 5 days before escalating the issue to Paypal.
That helped, they refunded the full amount in 1 day afterwards, in a total of 30 days.

scammers. the keys are valid but sold to several people. after a period of 6 months the keys will become obsolete

win10 code doesn't work, support doesn't answer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Commande d'une licence playstationstor , mais je n'ai jamais reçu la clé d'activation.

Заказал лицензию для программного обеспечения. Пришел ключ, который не подходит. Саппорт бесполезен. Наглядно показываю, что ключ не подходит, если буквально следовать всем инструкциям, но все равно повторяет одно и тоже. Деньги возвращать отказываются. Предоставить корректный ключ - тоже.

I want to warn you that if it is too good to be true it is. Goodoffer24 advertised a Windows 10 key for less than $15. I receive the key promptly, then proceed to install Windows 10 and find out the key is invalid. I go through several hours of troubleshooting, eventually calling Microsoft and they investigate the key and say it is a Windows 8 key. I contact Goodoffer24 and they said they will research it. They take 2 weeks and then when I contact them again they say the exact same thing, they will "test" it and then get back to me. I of course tell them it is fraudulent for them to sell me a Windows 10 key and ship a Windows 8 key. Classic bait and switch fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Après avoir acheté une clé windows 2012 r2, j'ai dû attendre une nouvelle machine pour installer le système.

Quand j'ai mis la clé, le système indique que cela ne correspond pas à cette édition.

J'ai tenté de joindre le support GoodOffer24 :
- par chat : beaucoup d'attente, puis le technicien ("Bill") me répond que je n'utilise pas le bon système. Pourtant j'ai pris le lien indiqué dans le mail de GoodOffer24. Après 1h sans solution, j'ai fermé le chat
- par email : pas de réponse

Pourtant j'ai recommencé l'installation du début, avec les informations du mail de GoodOffer24 : la clé est refusée.

Bref, c'est pas fiable et surtout pas de support
