Non delivery and terrible customer service
Placed an order 20/05/26 and still have not received my items. The initial confirmation stated a delivery date of next day and gave tracking references through DHL. After no delivery and no recognition anywhere of the tracking references, I contacted customer services via email. After some initial responses stating a delay in receiving parts, the confirmation of being handed to DPD as the courier, they have stopped responding and there is no answer when calling. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, and it's from a global "reputable" brand.
