Great Hospitality package, pretty much best seats in the house, right on the halfway line, a great view…just a shame West Ham were terrible 🙄

Friendly staff and a stress free experience from start to finish. Despite my team not winning, the day was still brilliant! Would recommend to anyone and cannot say enough good things about GoOfficial.

Was lucky enough to win free tickets from one of their instagram giveaways - great experience!! Entering the premises was quick and easy, the lady who greeted us and explained how things work in the lounge was very sweet and helpful, the lounge itself was beautiful and the seats we pulled were the best I’ve ever had. Such an amazing day, thank you very much Go Official!

Being the lucky winner of 2 tickets at the West Ham Great Briton lounge yesterday, all dealings with Yamin and the team were fantastic - polite, prompt and friendly, they gave my daughter and I a day we’ll never forget and really special memories made. Had an amazing experience at West Ham
V Charlton curtesy of Go Official in The Great Briton room. Staff were very helpful and smiley. Also very smart and it was an enjoyable day with great seats in the London stadium. Would definitely use the hospitality again with Go Official.

Won tickets through the West Ham way, the team at go official were fab in sending out the tickets. Experience at the ground was superb, having never done hospitality before was a great experience and to do this with my my son for his first ever game made even more special. 100% recommend!

I was very lucky to win a competition with Go Official for the Great Briton hospitality lounge including tickets for the West Ham v Charlton game ! The lounge was very relaxing and the prize also included a half time drink and match programme with comfortable padded seats in the stadium . We really enjoyed the whole experience and it was lovely to meet Yamin from Go Official who was very friendly and professional !
( Unfortunately we lost the game but had a great day out, nevertheless ! ⚽️⚒️ )

A surprise message confirming we had won hospitality at West Ham v Charlton was a great way to start the weekend. Everything went smoothly, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience and had great seats. It's a just a shame the result didn't match the experience of the day. I would certainly look to use this company should I choosea similar experience in the future.

Had tickets for west ham Charlton in the Great Briton lounge. From start to finish was a please to deal with. Tickets sent over promptly, got into the hospitality lounge early with no trouble. Great package with the lounge, a complimentary drink and meeting ex players too. Seats were really good, would highly recommend and will be using Go Travel in the future!

Went to west ham and had 2x tickets plus use of the lounge padded seats.
Was a wonderful experience, great customer service, very friendly.

Got great tickets day of the match. Team at Go Official expedited email delivery of tickets so we had them in time. Perfect!

Goofficial was great from start to finish. I called as wanted to check I could definitely get 4 seats together as we have two young children. I WhatsApp’s the number to chat to someone and they confirmed that it was correct, 4 in a row. I asked if I could call and book to check the seating they had available, they confirmed this and I called.
All booked the day before the game.
They send you a link to pay (if you call to book) and I paid by PayPal.
I then received a message with my tickets, all within 30mins max.
Easy access into the ground. Staff were very welcoming and checking on you throughout. We had VIP Great Briton lounge where we saw 4 WestHam legends, free complimentary drinks and had great seats. Couldn’t ask for more, well, shame we couldn’t ask for them to make them win! Defo would use again. 👍🏻⚒️

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

We were lucky enough to win hospitality tickets for West Ham v Charlton through The West Ham Way, with GoOfficial arranging everything for us, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience.

Unfortunately West Ham didn’t get the result we wanted, but that really didn’t take away from the day. The seats were superb, the hospitality was excellent and getting the opportunity to meet West Ham legends and experience the whole matchday environment made it incredibly memorable.

The communication from Yamin and the GoOfficial team was brilliant throughout friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time.

We’ve already recommended GoOfficial to friends and family and would have absolutely no hesitation using them ourselves in the future.
