Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.

We were lucky enough to win hospitality tickets for West Ham v Charlton through The West Ham Way, with GoOfficial arranging everything for us, and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience.

Unfortunately West Ham didn’t get the result we wanted, but that really didn’t take away from the day. The seats were superb, the hospitality was excellent and getting the opportunity to meet West Ham legends and experience the whole matchday environment made it incredibly memorable.

The communication from Yamin and the GoOfficial team was brilliant throughout friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great time.

We’ve already recommended GoOfficial to friends and family and would have absolutely no hesitation using them ourselves in the future.

Such a wonderful day. The tickets, and service were so amazing. Such a lovely company, and went beyond help. It puts the stress out of buying from the club, as it can be very hard to get tickets, specially for oversea fans. ⚒️

Don’t often leave a review but these guys had to have one! So helpful throughout everything, replying to what’s app messages at any time of the day with answers to everything. Can’t fault them enough, shame West Ham are still West Ham…..

I won these tickets from a giveaway and honestly was skeptical at first and I don’t know why I was, perfectly fine had a great matchday against Charlton in hospitality (only bad thing was the result 😆🥲) Top top people

Has tickets for West Ham through go official and it all went very smoothly. Communication was excellent and the experience was great. Honestly can’t fault them and would recommend using them for future events.

What an Experience! Never watched a match like that. What a view, 1,000,000% reccomend. If I go hospitality again it’ll be through go official travel.

Was a great day. Everyone was so helpful and kind and made it so easy for me and my boy. We enjoyed the chilled out area before the game. Service was quick and staff very friendly and helpful

We won tickets from a competition through the company. The experience was 10/10.I contacted the company as to when we should receive our tickets and they promptly replied to our query. It was a great day despite the score!

A really good service! My Son and I had a really great day at the West Ham match.
The staff were very helpful and friendly within the hospitality area. Based on our experience I would happily recommend Go Official every time. Communication was excellent and we received our tickets in plenty of time. I was unable to print out a hard copy, but it didn’t matter as the tickets scanned in instantly from our phones.
I am looking forward to using the service as soon as possible.

Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service my tickets arrived much later than promised and several elements included in the hospitality package for the Old Trafford match day experience were missing or poorly handled.

Staff were really helpful. I arrived wearing the opposing team jersey and they sorted me out so I could safely watch. Special thanks to Jill who was working the hospitality desk.

⚠️ Warning — They are 💯 fraudulent.I paid more than £260 for two tickets that had a face value of just €40 each, yet we were refused entry to the match.They knew from the beginning that we were UK passport holders because they requested copies of our passports and printed our names, dates of birth, and nationality directly on the tickets.On the day of the match, they emailed us instructions, which we followed exactly. The guidance included not wearing the away team's colours, not reacting to goals, and being cautious about speaking English — all of which we would have followed anyway as basic common sense.There was an initial security check before the turnstiles, and the moment the steward noticed “Gran Bretagna” printed on our tickets, we were refused entry.Around 20 minutes after kick-off, the stewards locked the gates and went inside. By the time someone from Football Ticket Net finally called me back, it was half-time and we had already walked back into town. Despite this, they told us to return to the stadium, go to the ticket office, and somehow try to convince them to let us in — something that obviously made no sense once the match had already started.They are extremely quick to respond to emails and calls until there is an issue they don't want to handle. Then suddenly it's, “We'll look into it and get back to you,” which they never actually do.So where exactly is the 100% guarantee they advertise? I still haven't received my refund, and they have now completely stopped responding. I've had to open a chargeback case with my credit card company.24/04/26: So apparently the guarantee isn't actually 100% as advertised? They are now asking me to provide written confirmation. Conveniently, the stewards didn't give me a letter. Instead of simply honouring their supposed 100% guarantee, they are putting the responsibility back on me to somehow obtain written confirmation from a football club in another country after the event, seemingly just to avoid issuing the refund.

What at first seemed a problem with my booking was efficiently sorted by Yamin and turned the experience from good to a great one. Thanks.

It’s a bit annoying that you can’t see what seats you are booking - in the end the seats were really crap. Plus side The irons won

What a lovely day. Treated really well from the moment we reached the entrance to the time we left the ground. And amazing seats. Even laid on a West Ham win ! Would recommend 100%

It was brilliant from start to finish The lounge expierience the match all ran so well couldnt ask for anything better. Trouble is now I want to be in there evry game
