Frustrated customer
I ordered a pair of socks - received them. The quality of the socks are great however the photo that was used came out as a blob and you can’t even see the dogs face. I would’ve expected someone to contact me stating the resolution was too low or the picture was too small once they saw the low quality. I received an email back stating that you guys would be happy to replace my socks, however It took a week of my emails getting kicked back to me bc your inbox was full and when it finally went through last week I still haven’t heard from anyone. Your product is super expensive for what I received and the treatment after has left me pretty disappointed with the whole process.

My custom order with my dogs face on…
My custom order with my dogs face on them got forgotten about I guess because I had to message pupsocks after not getting past “in production” phase for a month. I ordered the socks back in March and Just received them mid May. The socks I received are the wrong color- I ordered blue and received purple socks.

Shipment Tracking is inaccurate.
Tracking said it would arrive by the 5th of may and then everyday for 4 days it said that it would arrive “today by 9pm”. It did not arrive in time for the event it was supposed to be given as a gift.

Terrible logistics - nonexistent communication or customer service
Product was ok. Finally arrived after 3 weeks and no communications from the company about the status after multiple attempts. Will not use company again or recommend to anyone.

Ordered this on april 23,2022 as a Mothers Day Gift
Ordered this on april 23,2022 as a mothers day gift (May 8th) from my kids. Product left 4-28-22 stopped in my town on 5-4-22 to be transferred from UPS to USPS and sat there until 5-11-22. Missing mothers day. there were no updates and every day a message came saying this would be delivered today. Product is average at best for $25.78. if this would have been mailed usps in the first place it would not have taken from the 28th to the 11th. Totally disappointed. Will never do business again. if this is how they ship product it is unacceptable. very disappointed as this had a genuinely good concept to it.

Awesome Mother’s Day gift
Within the last year we have lost two of our little Yorkies. They were mother and son 11 and 14 years old. It still breaks our hearts every day. We still shed a lot of tears for our two babies. I saw the ad for PupSocks before Mother’s Day and knew I had to order a pair for each baby. On Mother’s Day morning my wife read the card and opened the gift. Once she realized the pups were her own two sweet babies the tears started flowing (for both of us.) she loved them and I believe they are a perfect gift anytime for anyone who loves their puppies.

Picture Turned Out a Blob
The picture was completely indistinguishable. Why do you not show proofs prior to printing? I never would have approved it. I’d have tried another photo.

Thanks for your feedback. In the FAQ we advise our customers to send pictures with great lighting and preferably a high-quality photo, in order to achieve the best results. If we sent proofs to every customer in order to approve before printing that would delay the process. After looking into your order, we can see a dark photo was submitted. Socks are fun but biz needs some help
I followed up to my order to learn it was never received, though it was charged and a confirmation email sent.
When I replied to the customer support response via the site, it said inbox full, so I kept having to return to the site.
They need to get better organized here.
