Leaving your mortgage with Matt and his colleagues at Gordon associates is like leaving your kids with their grandparents. You know they will be taken care of. Matt managing our renewal has been seem less, and when first buying our house we were told by our previous advisor there was no chance of getting a property we wanted. We called Matt and he had a mortgage in principle within two weeks. Couldn’t recommend more.

I highly recommend Gordon Associates, Matt was amazing from start to finish, guiding us every step of the way ( as we were first time buyers, we were clueless to the process) If it was not for Matts intervention we would of lost the house we were buying, due to poor solicitors. We chose to go with a soliciting company we found and wished we had gone with Matts recommendation of solicitors. The communication from Matt has been outstanding. We were well informed throughout the process, nothing was too much of an ask. Matt made the whole journey effortless for us. We can not thank him enough for everything he has done.

Very impressive and professional service from Gordon Asscociates. Our situation was not straight forward however, Matt made the whole process simple and streamlined. He not only dealt with our mortgage but went completely above and beyond giving lots of advice on the other aspects involved with moving home and having an open line of communication with our solicitor making sure work was being completed.

Matt was highly recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be happier with the service! As a first time buyer, I had no experience of the mortgage and buying process but Matt took the time to walk me through everything and explained things thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. He went above and beyond by not only sorting out a mortgage for me but also helping with conveyancers and the was on call throughout the whole process.
I was over the moon just to get a house warming card from Gordon Associates so when arriving home today to a little moving in gift complete with a check list of things to remember and sort out I’m even more impressed.
