I've spent two months getting jerked around by the two total employees that work the support at this company. Sent me a tent with a shrunken canvas, zippers are busted, do not work. Zipperheads then snapped CLEAN IN HALF due to the zippers not functioning properly. Zipper will not seed properly and if you FORCE it to seed, it just comes undone from the bottom up. They are refusing a return, offered a replacement, and then instead of replacing the whole thing, SENT ME A SINGULAR ZIPPER-HEAD, straight up ignoring the issues I came to them with. My $740 tent and carbon filter are literally useless right now, I cannot open or close this tent, and this company - DOES. NOT. CARE. AT. ALL. They are clearly hemorrhaging money, I 100% expect to see them go out of business any day now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I use to fanboy about Gorilla Grow Tents. Now here I am on the verge of tears because they ACTUALLY SCAMMED ME, they really actually pulled some nigerian prince sh!t and scammed me. It's insane.

I have bought 2 Gorilla Grow tents in the last couple of years Totaling $2000. The first one is unusable because the frame is bent, broken and tent is torn. On March 23rd, 2024 My husband and I were attempting to grow for the 3rd time. I was walking away from the tent when I heard Cracking and snapping and then a loud painful screech When I turned back to investigate and I saw the tent was collapsing with my husband in it. The inline fan had turned on to regulate the humidity which is by design. Instead of doing so normally the tent failed and instead collapsed. I Found my husband lying on the tent floor with lights, plants, soil on top of him. All of the work, time and money we had put into this grow was instantly gone. My husband has been on bed rest due to injury to his back and hip and We are left highly disappointed with Gorilla Grow tents Once again. We spoke to a representative, Mr. Symon Crompton who was demeaning and disrespectful and made statements that attacked my husbands identity and character. My husband simply wanted to get the frame replaced for the bottom of the tent which has now been discontinued and Simon's solution to my husbands request was that he could give him 10% off a Brand New tent. My husband of course outraged by this offer felt offended by his statement and how adamant Mr. Crompton was about not being able to do anything more for us and that we should be grateful for this offer. The conversation went on for a couple of minutes as my husband tried to explain the gravity of the loss we just sustained. There was an exchange of expletives due to the frustration as this is not the first tent that has broken/torn on us. We believed in Gorilla Grow Tents as they came highly recommended but there was nothing about this whole situation that embodied who this company claims to be. We only wish for a replacement of parts. We hope this company honors whom they claim to be as a company or we will be forced to involve our attorneys.

Light leaks all over & the company will not even respond to me let alone help me out with this crap tent!

GREAT Experience with Travis Broady whom was beyond the definition of helpful. I know without him my purchase wouldn't have been processed due to the website giving me some issues I couldn't fix myself thankfully when I called I got amazing Travis. Package when arrived was torn up. Poor packaging 3 pieces tape holding what was left together. No packing material. Don't know if I even received it all. Sucks dick

I just set my tent up last night after I bought it a month or so ago, one of the zippers broke immediately. I have pictures and everything, was really surprised and disappointed. I heard nothing but good things about these tents and right away something broke.

What an amazing experience with their team. Gorilla Grow Tent are the finest there is, would surely encourage to give them a shot.

Ist tent- zipper stitching coming loose at bottom, big hole. Sent me a replacement, velcro coming unstitched at window. Sent me a replacement. 2nd replacement tent tool pouch stitching coming undone. They get 2 stars because they sent me something to make up for the problems. Materials may be heaviest of all manufacturers but the workmanship sucks. You would think they would want their product to live up to its hype. Why are they taking shortcuts on a product they are already making a ton of profit on....I can only think greed. I believe company has hedge funding which may be part of the problem. AC infinity will be my next tent. There is no way I would try one of their lights, can't trust it. Maybe they should see of South Korea can make them.

I ordered the tent and i think it came in about a little over a week. The people they use for the freight are super nice and helpful to set up appointment to drop the package. When we got the package everything was safe and not smashed at all. Setting up the tent is very simple and easy. The hardest part is the zippers… that was my hardest issue which was nothing at all. This tent is freaking awesome, im so excited to grow!!!!!

The communication was great, and fast shipping. Great products!!!

Well constructed tent. Easily worth the price.

I like the tent alot but there was a manufacture mistake. the velcros to the left door are both softs so there is no abrasive pad to make it stick . like the tent disapointed with the doors velcro

Great size tent this is our 2nd one we have purchased. Plants grow amazing the tent is very strong and sturdy. I definitely recommend purchasing from Gorilla tent. You won't be disappointed 😁
