Don't waste your money - Garbage Product and Even Worse Customer Service

This adhesive is an absolute waste. I bought it because of the gorilla glue brand.
What a disappointment. It is almost dried out in a brand new tube. Very difficult to apply smoothly. Does not stand up to normal use let alone going through the wash, even after waiting the recommended time. This is going back !
Just to warn others, don't waste your time contacting Gorilla Glue Customer Service ... they are the worst. I've communicated back and forth, sent them photos of the defective product, packaging and the bar code.
I answered a multitude of questions and they just keep going on.
They asked the same questions several times in different emails.
I responded in full several times.
Now they want photos of the project their product ruined.
This was days ago and it went into the the trash then.
They should have asked for photo right away instead of spinning my wheels.
No refund, no replacement just idiot or BOT behind on their side.

It’s a shame that the lowest rating is 1 … it should be a minus 10

Absolutely rubbish, followed instructions carefully, no luck, expensive to not work…….

I've purchased it at multiple stores and the glue was always dry and couldn't ever use. Terrible customer service

Contact adhesive, over priced and does not attach the stated materials when following the instructions, absolute waste of time try epoxy glues instead.

Super ( cra**y) glue.

Look at the lousy 1 out of 5 average.

Super glue GEL that's already 'set' before its even opened. Bought it a few weeks back,so no receipt. Not exactly cheap.
We all know super glue is a bit of a rip off anyway as it always unusable way before the glue runs out.
But to set before it has even opened is rubbish.
Worse thing is I asked for " super glue" aisle to Tesco worker and was told stationary. Went and it was loctite and bostik brand. Then specifically asked for gorilla brand!! Which was in DIY aisle.

This product is a waste of money. It is no better than the super glue you can get in a cheap shop, 6 tubes for $2. Also the tube cannot be pierced with the cap with the point in the top. It just does not fit.

I am not a chemist but when children school glue works better than a marketed product like this, you obviously have some issues. Go back to the lab.

I have tried every type of gorilla glue available. And all of them are complete and utter shit. They do not hold, and they just make a mess. I don't know how this company stays in existence.When they don't sell a single good product.

I tried many different glues to stick leather and none worked I then WASTED almost £7 on gorilla glue and that did not work either !

The construction gorilla glue worked real good on wood. Not sure of any other materials it works well. But they only sell it in the chalking tube. More then what I need. If you don't use it all up it'll dry out and you can trash it. WASTE of money.

No adhesion, really poor stuff why they advertise the strongest bond in the world I do not know but I have used their glues over several products and aside from standard super glue for plastics they do not stick.

The black tape on my motorcycle cover was rubbish and standard duct tape proved superior.
The double sided sticky tape on a led light strip on a monitor came loose.
The epoxy resin did not stick had to use some rubber band to hold the seal, only time will tell.

You can just tell with the tapes there is no stickiness to the products, really disappointed as they say it will stick most things like metals et cetera.

I went for the resin cause some non porous materials just won’t stick as the glue seeps through and the clear finish, no bond is made and considering the hefty price tag and marketing of a premium brand I have found budget versions just as good.

I've purchased multiple glue guns over the yrs, and they never worked, I saw a gorilla glue gun the other day and purchased it because the gorilla tape always works so well, and i am extremely happy with it, it works extremely well, i was so disappointed with other glue guns in the past, i didn't want to waste my money, but this gorilla glue gun is so good when crafting you can actually make a profit it works great the glue comes out fast and sets fast, dont waste your time purchasing other brands, go straight to gorilla brand.

Product is rubish i contacted customer care to ask my money back the useless lady Natalia tried to make me idiot and asked me if I used correctly the glue

Tried this in several situations. Does not adhere except to your fingers! How they could advertise this “ strong” adhesive is a fraud!

Baaaaaaad decision... my husband cleaned out the pantry and found a bottle. he thought it would be a good idea to fill up my water bottle with some as to store it as the old container leaks... this morning i woke up and grabbed my bottle and filled it up with some water not even looking into it at all. then...it happened... i put the bottle to my lips and yummy yummy, i drank it all, then my lips got stuck to the bottle and i STARTED SHITTING EVERWHERE! I COULDNT BELIEVE MY HUSBAND DID THIS, WELL GUESS WHAT GERALD IM GETTING A DIVORCE F U!

Absolutely rubish product do not buy I can't stick a cup handle back on after waiting an hour it just drops off seriously how do you sell such rubbish

The “heavy duty grip” glue in a gun tube does not grip, only sticks to you and your tools, and is basically a waste of money.

Bought the 2 tube syringe epoxy crystal clear holds upto 240kg, load of rubbish!! Once u finally get the stuff to come out of the packaging and mix them together in equal parts for the effect to work, it’s turns white and it won’t even sick 2 bits of lightweight flat plastic to each other! Waste of £8

Got a tube of glue, it's less than half full, it won't even come out of the tube, resorted to using cotton buds, to get what I need out for application.
