This company has some great features…
This company has some great features like its app, easy document signing and sending, and its passport identification features saving you money from needing to get documents certified. There app also tells you your progress which is a nice feature. Their greatest feature is Lesmae, she is kind and helpful and was truly a pleasure to work with.
I hope she gets this review on her record as a push in her career as she is fantastic at her job. I couldn’t recommend more.

Avoid ! Money grabbers.
Website clearly states to contact them to have initial consultation to see if and how they can help. You provide details on the online form and you get a response from a receptionist with a cut and paste jobby for prices and ignores the whole point of the contact. Their website is false and misleading and I would avoid them as they seem a back street operation as they waste peoples time and on a fishing exercise when people like me are suffering and in distress.

I just want to say thank you so much for excellent service from Sophie.
My request was not a typical one; completing a property sale with Gorvins in 2019 as a buyer.
I reached out in 2025 as a seller for the same property to obtain my old property searches to answer the seller’s enquiries.
I thought there was a slim chance I would get a response at all.
However, Sophie provided all my original documentation within a few days to which I forwarded on to the buyer’s solicitors settling any outstanding questions.
Sophie was professional, courteous and efficient in her approach and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gorvins in the future for conveyancing.

Tryed how many solicitors in which only one took my case on, the case was not to big nor to small for them in this case the name was Amanda mcintosh whom trusted and beleived me from day one even though i had a crappy driving record, she is trustworthy,professional and definitly an amazing solicitor any team should be proud to work with her cant say enough about her truly reliable Godbless an thank u

I would recommend
My financial advisor recommended Gorvins to me. I did a google search & read many reviews and was quite surprised to see either 1* or 5*’s. Either excellent reviews or not very good, not much in the middle. I was quite nervous and unsure about using them. I had a woman called Rachel help me with buying a property, my property was a Shared Ownership property and I was advised by the housing association to use their recommended solicitors.
I was thoroughly pleased I used this company. Rachel communicated with me all the way, answer my questions promptly and always took my telephone calls when I needed her. I found her and the process nice and easy and my completion went through within the time scale agreed with no problems. I would think the 1*to5* reviews would depend on who looks after you, but I would defiantly recommend and especially to anyone doing Shared Ownership. Shared Ownership will advise you to use there recommended solicitors. I am grateful I did not.

Our initial case handler wasn’t so…
Our initial case handler wasn’t so great (prefer not to mention her name) she wasn’t professional, no update whatsoever and had to keep chasing to get an update. Then Mr Ahmed Bashir who took over our case was brilliant. He was easy to get hold of when we require an update. I think the whole process would have been quicker had if Mr Ahmed been our case handler from the start. Thank you again Mr Bashir for your impeccable service.

Absolutely shocking. So poor, please avoid as they are unresponsive, slow and have a complete apathy towards their work load. Complacent and unreliable.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. All communication was prompt, friendly and professional. Great Experience with Natalia Frize on Settlement Agreement
Natalia Frize helped me with a settlement agreement with my employer. All our conversations were awesome and very clear. One of the first things I noticed was that the company didn’t overwhelm me with endless questionnaires — they only asked relevant and necessary questions. Their pricing was also fair and competitive for my situation. Most importantly, the clear and thoughtful initial communication was the main reason I decided to move forward with them from the very beginning.
I’m very grateful to Natalia for her support, professionalism, and fast responses throughout the whole process.
