⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would highly recommend this team. They were professional, patient and very helpful throughout the whole process.

Their app made everything very easy and convenient. I could follow the progress of my case, send messages and communicate directly through the app, as well as by email. Whenever I had questions, they responded promptly and clearly, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.

Although the process took a little longer than expected due to circumstances along the way, the team remained patient, supportive and professional from beginning to end.

I would especially like to thank Scarlett, who guided and supported me throughout the entire process. She was always professional, patient and helpful, kept me informed, and responded promptly whenever I had questions. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

I felt the app was really easy to use. Our case handler was Martin Noon he was excellent at keeping us up to date with everything. Every email was answered by him promptly & on the same day. Which we feel helped this side of the remortgage run smoothly.

We had a very good experience with Gorvins Residential during the purchase of our property. The whole process was handled professionally and smoothly. Danielle did everything perfectly and on time, she responded to all my questions very quickly and handled everything professionally

I honestly cannot recommend Kimiya enough!

Before buying my flat, many people warned me that solicitors can be slow to respond and that the whole process can be stressful. My experience with Kimiya was completely different. My friends were so surprised when I told them how quickly and smoothly everything progressed.

As a first time buyer, I was expecting the process to be quite stressful and overwhelming, but Kimiya made it feel surprisingly straightforward and stress-free. She was incredibly efficient and clearly an expert in what she does.

Her replies were incredibly quick, and she answered every question clearly and patiently. She was also very proactive, constantly chasing everyone involved to keep things moving, and she genuinely went above and beyond throughout the whole process. I always felt I could rely on her.

The app was fantastic too. Being able to see updates, read and sign documents, and track everything in one place made the process so much easier.

I honestly couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. I would definitely use Gorvins again in the future.

Thank you so much, Kimiya. You have been fantastic! Giuly

I had a great experience with Mohammad Asad at Gorvins Residential during the purchase of my new home. Mohammad was professional, helpful and always kept me updated throughout the process. He made what can be a stressful experience much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend Mohammad and Gorvins!

Our case manager was Saffron Cranston, and she was great! She was supportive, patient and understanding throughout the process. She explained legal jargon in a simple manner and was always pleasant and helpful over the phone. We are really glad she was our case manager, especially compared to some of the others we spoke to while she was on holiday. Thank you, Saffron!

Excellent service provided by Mustafa Jasmin from start to finish. Took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process.

Had a very stressful experience due to complications with our home but Ciara Wrynne was outstanding. Not only was she personable and explained everything in ways I'd understand but it also felt like she was actually on our side, she never looked over a single detail and made sure everything was done correctly and timely. I truly cannot thank Ciara enough for helping us throughout our experience and making us feel safe, valued and understood. I type this review in my brand new home and its truly thanks to Gorvins and Ciara.

We bought our first home using Gorvins Residential as our solicitors. We had a truly wonderful experience using Gorvins Residential, they were extremely helpful and very speedy with all areas of the process. Our provide solicitor, Eloise Byfield, was an incredible help to us throughout this process, always responding to messages promptly and explaining each section of the process thoroughly to us as first time buyers. I would highly recommend Gorvins Residential to anyone buying a home.

Kimiya has been fantastic all the way through the process of our sale and purchase, has kept us informed every step of the way, would definitely recommend using Gorvins if you are buying or selling property.

Mario and Philipa were absolutely fabulous. They dealt with both my remortgage and my house purchase at the same time and made the whole process feel so smooth and straightforward.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I have used them before and will continue to use them in the future.

Thank you both once again for all your help and for playing such an important part in making my dream come true.

Amonu was excellent, she was on point with communication, action, and dealing with an unethical estate agent. I highly recommend her.

This is the second time I have used Gorvins for conveyancing and would not hesitate in the future for a 3rd time. I was remortgaging to a new lender - the whole process was complete in a month. Ria Statham was super efficient; regular updates were provided and realistic timeframes communicated at the start which were adhered to.

The Gorvins app is great - you can keep a track of where you are in the process and it is intuitive for users.

Thanks again, Gorvins, but particularly Ria and Ellie.

Excellent service from Gorvins Residential, special thank you to Ria Statham who made the process as simple and easy as possible highly recommend.
