This time I received the wrong item. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service.

Wacht nog steeds op een retouretiket. Inmiddels ruim 3 weken en krijg gewoonweg geen antwoord meer op mail.

Delivery never arrived ! It’s now been 3 weeks and no notification or contact to process as refund

Bestellung und Lieferung einfach und ohne Komplikationen.

Könnte man null Sterne machen würde ich es machen ! Es fing damit an das ich mein Paket storniert hatte hat auch super geklappt denn das Paket sollte nicht ausgeliefert werden nun wurde es doch ausgeliefert und seit 2 Wochen warte ich auf eine Rücksendungsnummer.
Leider vergeblich immer wieder Email geschrieben und versucht anzurufen nicht funktioniert per Email wird einem versprochen man kümmert sich nichts ist bis heute passiert

Tot nu toe nog steeds niets ontvangen. 30/7 besteld. Het is nu 10/8 en nog steeds niets verzonden. Alleen dat er een "label" is aangemaakt bij fedex.
Ik ben bang dat ik 70,- kwijt ben.

Ich hatte 2x Metacam bestellt und nicht erhalten - stattdessen war im Paket 1 Packung Benefortin was ich nicht bestellt habe.
Der Kundendienst hat dies zwar meine Beschwerde zur Kenntnis genommen - aber noch keine weitere Reaktion gezeigt. Ich bin daher enttäuscht .

I ordered two packs of Metacam but didn't receive them; instead, the package contained one pack of Benefortin, which I hadn't ordered.
Customer service acknowledged my complaint but hasn't responded further yet. I am therefore disappointed.

Bei mir gab es Probleme mit den Zahlungsdienstleistern, Konto ausr Gedeckt, Geokontrol deaktiviert...
Bank verweist auf Kreditkarte ecpp.

Mir wurde per Mail promt und Super nett geholfen. Lieferung unverzüglich nur zu empfehlen.

J’ai passé commande le 14 juillet et, aujourd’hui, le 8 août, je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis. Vous voulez que je vous mette combien d’étoiles ? Où est ma commande ?!

Ho acquistato la confezione di Osurnia gel otologico per cani da 20 unità al prezzo di 226€ comprese le spese di spedizione , calcolando che 2 unità costano circa 33€.
Per alcuni giorni visto i tempi di consegna lunghi , ordine fatto il 23 Luglio e arrivato il 6 agosto ho pensato leggendo diversi commenti che si trattava di una truffa, visto che hanno creato prima una spedizione con FedEx che non è mai partita e successivamente con DHL express.
Alla fine un lieto fine dopo circa 2 settimane il farmaco è arrivato e ho anche risparmiato circa 100€ rispetto all' acquisto in farmacia.

The customer communication was also very good —they sent notifications tracking the order's progress right up until the delivery was fulfilled.

Das GosVet-Team hat auf meine Mail wegen eines Login-Problems auf der Webseite schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür ! Die Lieferzeit nach DE dauert 8 bis 10 Werktage, was sich etwas zähflüssig anfühlt. Ist aber nicht wirklich ein Problem. Wenn man's weiß, kann man sich drauf einrichten. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Gerne wieder.

Penso sia una truffa questo sito andrebbe segnalato, ho ordinato un prodotto non di poco conto 130 € ma ad oggi niente ne una tracciabilità ne risposta alle email, pessimo non acqistate.

I had to wait 2 weeks for my order and when I finally received it one item was not in the package. I order only two items so I do not know how they could miss it. I hope they either send it for free or return me the money back.
