I ordered from gosvet.com on 30 December 2025 and paid online by card for two items: MIRATAZ 20 mg/g and CERENIA 24 mg, plus shipping.
According to the website, delivery should take 10–13 days. In reality, the parcel was delivered only on 19 January 2025, and only after I had to email the company twice to remind them to ship my order.
When the package finally arrived, it contained only one item (MIRATAZ). The second and more expensive product (CERENIA) was completely missing. I took photos of the package contents as proof.
I contacted the seller immediately to resolve the issue, but they never responded. No explanation, no replacement, no refund.
This was a very disappointing experience: long delays, incomplete order, and zero customer support. I strongly advise others to be very careful when ordering from this website.

Pedí una tableta masticable y recibí una cápsula. No es lo que pedí. No sé cómo dársela a mi perro. El envío es muy lento. La pedí el 2 de enero y la recibí el 19 de enero. Eso no son 7 días. La página web es muy buena; hay muchos productos útiles y a precios razonables.

2ème fois que je commande. La 1ère fois, le produit étant en rupture, ils m'ont remboursé illico via Paypal.
J'ai commandé ensuite le 8 janvier un médicament que j'achetais, jusqu'à maintenant, tous les mois chez mon vétérinaire pour mon chat et même avec les frais de livraison, il est 20€ moins cher ! La commande est arrivée une semaine plus tard par FEDEX !

Die Bestellung und Lieferung waren gut. Was nicht gut ist, dass die Medikamente nur noch kurze Zeit haltbar sind. Die sollten mindestens noch ein Jahr haltbar sein.

Ich habe Easotic für meine Hunde bestellt, es hat alles super geklappt. Nur hatte ich Probleme mit der Anmeldung auf Spanisch. Gibt es eine Übersetzung??? Habe ich diese übersehen??? Ich habe es aber geschafft und ich war mehr als zufrieden. Auch die Lieferung hat sehr gut geklappt.

El sitio web no funciona correctamente, lo cual resulta sospechoso, pero ya hemos pedido dos veces en Gosvet y todo funcionó de maravilla: correos de confirmación, recordatorios, etc.

Lo que no nos funcionó del sitio web es que no es muy fácil de usar ni intuitivo en el teléfono; además, no se pueden cambiar los idiomas o la traducción es deficiente. Al final, recibimos lo que pedimos y estamos contentos. Gracias, Gosvet.
