Made renewal easy and fairly fast. The only word of advice would be to double check the offers and savings. Make sure you have them applied before you finish. I found mine after I sent it in.

Excellent passport services!! Fast and easy!
It was quick and easy and the turnaround was like lightning speed! I didn’t expect the extra cost but it was well worth it for the expediency! I got old passport back like a week or so after my new one!! Excellent services!!!

avoid this company at all costs!!! This is a scam...
Like others have said, avoid this scam company. They obscure the fact that this isn't a processing fee for passports but a preparation fee - you still have to pay the same amount they charge to the govt. Website isn't clear and the document you are provided really isn't clear either. The customer service reps will apologize for the consumer being 'confused' but stand by their $130 preparation fee (you do get pdf file YOU have to print, instructions for a picture YOU have to provide, etc). Save yourself from the mistake I made, go directly to the gov website and fill out your own form and send it in - that's what I thought I was having done.

NOT a Govt Entity! Scam
The company advertising and language scams the user into believing that they are working with the official government entity. They are not. Govswift is a 3rd party charging a ridiculous amount to fill in your forms for you. The text surrounding the "fees" leads the reader to think you are paying Passport fees. You are not. If you are capable of filling out a form you do not need this scammer service.

I was extremely impressed at the ease of completing the application online printing it off and mailing it in with my soon to expire passport. Within two weeks, I had my new passport in the mail. Very efficient.

i have not yet recieved my passport, and while I wait I have to say that Govswift made this easy. “Getting your passport” always was made out to be daunting and intimidating, but Govswift walks you through the process, prints out additional info, and makes sure you know exactly what steps need to be taken.
