The process in getting a quote was easy. You book in an appointment and you get a video call with one of the sales rep and you show your contents to have a more personalised quotation based on your needs compared to base on the number of rooms, therefore the price you get is more acceptable.
The guys/team who collected and delivered my items are professional, friendly and made sure all items are delivered where you want them with care.
But the best part of it all is the after care service...
You get a call from Sam Mears who make sure that you are happy with their service and if there was any issue which in my case there was (screen monitor was damaged in transit), she made sure to discussed a solution. She listened to my concerns and provided a fantastic solution and because of her, I would highly recommend Grace Removals and will consider them again. Thank you Sam!

Super fast efficient and friendly service.

Scott, Kon, Ben, Hilton, Jett, Julian and even the branch manager Matt worked extremely hard to do our move. We had settlement delays in the afternoon, but they were amazing to work in the dark to get us into our new home. Grace Hobart were amazing.

Very rapid response to initial enquiry. Quoted in a timely manner and responded rapidly to all queries. Move occurred on dates we requested. All staff extremely obliging, careful, and pleasant.

Grace provided door-to-door service, shipping an antique leadlight glass display cabinet for me from Hobart to Melbourne. They handled the piece with such care - they carefully wrapped it to protect the leadlight. The gents who made the delivery were fantastic in communicating their time of arrival and were lovely to deal with. I am very happy with the service I received from Grace from beginning (quote) to end (delivery and after delivery call to check I was happy). They clearly care about their customers.

Friendly, flexible and reliable. Have used Grace on two occasions to move interstate and both experiences have been positive. Very helpful staff willing to answer any question and even offer a free post move cardboard & packaging removal service. Would definitely use Grace again!

From getting a quote to the removals both ends very professional ,The guys in Hobart doing our removal had a steep driveway to walk up, but no problem for them .All staff made our move a lot stressful

The 4 men helping us move were very friendly, polite, hard working & worked really well as a team. Nothing was too hard for these men. They kept up the pace all day, until the last box had been delivered.

I needed 5 pre-packed cartons and a piece of furniture moved from Hobart TAS to Perth WA. The online quoting system worked well but trying to find someone to speak to in the Hobart office was not as easy. Collection went smoothly and the items arrived in good condition in Perth on the due date. The Perth office communicated promptly to arrange delivery. Overall, good value for money.

Grace recently moved some furniture for me from Hobart, Tasmania to Lakes Entrance, Victoria. I found Grace to be easy to deal with and flexible in their processing. I received good value for money and a positive customer experience. I would be happy to go with them again.

Pick up and delivery were on time and promptly executed.

Grace removals picked up my belongings quickly and were quick to organise a delivery date, were patient and one staff member Andrea had excellent communication. However another staff member I had the displeasure of interacting with called Amanda in the hobart office was incredibly rude.
