Very professional, friendly team who were very responsive to our questions with clear answers for our international move.

Shipment from Launceston to San Jose, California-all boxes came in fine-all shoes in pairs…lol. Very happy with service. No broken China or missing item. Very happy with their door to door service and reasonable price. I would recommend. Again, remember how you pack them makes a big difference to avoid being broken etc. shipping company in US constantly updated me as soon as they arrive in Los Angeles to San Jose. Very happy with Grace Removal Hobart.

It was such a relief to enjoy such a good experience with Grace Removals Hobart. Chris & the team delivered my goods without damage & on schedule which I really appreciated. Many thanks for such a reliable & positive experience.

The service from Grace I found to be friendly but professional. The packing of my artwork was exceptional. At all times and from all staff the manner in which they handled the move was informative and careful of government requirements as well as my own.

Grace was recommended because of a particular employee having experience with antiques. This was why we went with Grace even though it was very expensive. On the move day we were told that employee was gone, and we got 2 people instead of 3 and 1 small truck instead of 1 big and 1 small. Items and our new floors and painted walls were damaged due to carelessness and the team left before everything was brought into the house. All in all a very disappointing experience.

Good coordination, Andrea was great, she helped us sorting out some tricky situation and very helpful in booking our uplift. All staff were excellent in loaning and unloading furnitures, they were working extremely hard and very skilled. So very happy 😊!

I had a quick and useful response when I first contacted Grace, the team picking our stuff was friendly and did an excellent job, and even though they had mentioned the possibility of the delivery taking over 3 months, are things arrived in 1.5 months without any issues.

I have never had a bad experience with Grace. I found the recent move has been like my previous moves, straight forward, problem free from the start when they picked up my household items in Tasmania and when it arrived at my home in Brisbane.

Grace was easy to communicate with and everything was provided. The Removalists were fast and efficient and all went smoothly.

It was all so easy, we were so impressed but how efficient the process was. We were able to get a booking and assessment with no hassle. The packing was extremely quick and professional. The settlement on our property was delayed on the day and the delivery drivers waited as long as they could before calling us to arrange a reschedule. Rescheduling twice was super easy and having our things store for no extra charge was absolutely amazing. The delivery itself was on time, very quick and very professional. And the option to call up and have the boxes picked up is amazing too. Overall the experience has been wonderful and we've been so impressed and grateful for all your help and flexibility.
