Grace Removals Group - Perth レビュー

Everything went very smoothly from getting the quote to packing and delivery.

Kassim and Carl came and picked up are stuff very quick and efficient and might I add extremely friendly and nice will recommend these two

Every aspect of our effects arriving in Australia was handled perfectly. Daryl co-ordinated the customs clearance excellently. Carl and Laurie were a pleasure to deal with - punctual, personable, professional and they delivered the cartons to our home and to a storage unit with the efficiency of a team used to working together. Thank you all for the superb service.

The service from Laurie and Carl was very efficient. They rang up one day ahead to inform of the delivery timing. They delivered right on time the next day. They were polite. They placed the boxes neatly where asked. I am please that once the unboxing will be done, we can ring them for removal.

Professional movers. Communication was excellent, and if there was anything I didn't understand or wasn't sure about, they were very easy to get in touch with.

Packing and unpacking was amazing, and they packed, moved and unpacked nearly a full 20 foot container fast and safely - I've found zero damage to any of my belongings.

Great staff and communication

From the very beginning of my move from Perth to Melbourne, Kellie was absolutely amazing. She provided me with a great quote and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The removal process itself was made even smoother thanks to Carl and Lawrie. They were an absolutely fantastic team, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire move.

The team who delivered my belongings in Melbourne were just as fantastic. Everything was handled with care and professionalism from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Kellie, Carl, Lawrie, and the entire team for making what could have been a stressful interstate move such a smooth and positive experience. I truly appreciate all your help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removalist!

Tane and Meihdi were sickkkkkkkkk as fkkkkkkk. Smashed through the removals, will have to see how it all rocks up but judging by their efficiency and effectiveness, everything should be rad. Will update once it's arrived.

Grace did our removal when leaving the NT. A few months later needing to move under urgency Grace was an obvious choice. The level of professionalism and care is 2nd to none. Rob and his team arrived on que and had the job done in no time taking care to place items where we wanted them and move them again after we changed our minds. Thank you Grace! You can see why it 'always more'.

If I had 6 stars I would have given them.

Tane
Kateryna
Jake Y.
We’re brilliant, careful and easy going.
Thanks guys!

The removal crew were really great! Tane Jake and Kateryna did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and efficient. They are all a credit to your company.
Regards Rick and Barbara.

Atul and his team did a fantastic job with our move. They followed all instructions carefully and handled what was a very large move with professionalism and efficiency.

We were especially impressed with the care they took with our belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition—nothing was broken, cracked, scratched, or dented.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them. We hope to have the same team again for our next move. Thank you, Atul and team! 😊

Sujal and Jonty
A couple of respectful men who arrived on time and unloaded our house pack quickly and professionally.
Very grateful and would recommend them again should the need arise.

Tane and Kassim were wonderful. They were on time and took the utmost care with our move into our new location. I highly recommend.

We chose Grace Removals for our international relocation from Perth to Scotland, paying a premium for what we were assured would be a seamless, top-tier service. While the initial scheduling and vehicle logistics were handled fine, the core service—packing and containerization—was a complete failure.

Our container arrived in Scotland in what our local delivery agents officially documented as "bad" condition. Their professional on-site team explicitly stated that the extensive, widespread damage to our belongings was the direct result of incorrect packing and poor loading methodologies by the original Grace team in Perth.

The scale of the physical damage to our household goods is staggering. We have experienced broken furniture in almost each and every large item shipped.

While the physical damage is devastating, the corporate response has been deeply disappointing. We specifically purchased their "Easycover Ultimate" insurance package to protect our family from transit risks. Instead of a premium resolution, we have been met with a frustrating claims adjustment process that attempts to aggressively move the goalposts and unreasonably delay reaching settlement.

Furthermore, the insurance adjusters are actively attempting to bypass the clear, unequivocal "Pairs and Sets" protection clauses written directly into our Ultimate policy framework in order to slash the payout on matching furniture suites, meaning the insurance process doesn't match up to the sales pitch or policy documentation.

To be absolutely clear: our frontline moving coordinator has been incredibly professional and diligent throughout this ordeal. The 1-star rating is a direct reflection of a systemic failure by the Grace packing team and a deeply unhelpful, bureaucratically obstructed insurance process that refuses to honor its policy commitments.

If you are paying a premium for peace of mind on an international move, look elsewhere. Grace Removals has left our home setup completely paralyzed in a new country.

They picked up from 2 different premises. Fast, careful, efficient and courteous. Job well done. I highly recommend Grace Removals. Atol and his team of 2 did well!!

T and Carl were great, they did everything quickly and with ease. Would recommend the company and them to others!!

Had the Tane and Jake Y get a late call out to come to my house for my furniture removal. They were very diligent with everything and had great customer service. Would recommend them again. 10/10

The Grace Removals Perth team have been superb from start to finish.

18 cubic meters of household effects shipped from the French Alps to Halls Head WA & all coordinated seamlessly by Kellie, Chelsea, Tom, Ally.

Then with super service during the final delivery phase, unpacking & clearing up boxes & packaging materials by the cheerful & very helpful threesome of Tane, Kateryna & Jake.

A professional job well executed by a trustworthy global freight company in Grace Removals WA!
