Tane and Kassim were wonderful. They were on time and took the utmost care with our move into our new location. I highly recommend.

We chose Grace Removals for our international relocation from Perth to Scotland, paying a premium for what we were assured would be a seamless, top-tier service. While the initial scheduling and vehicle logistics were handled fine, the core service—packing and containerization—was a complete failure.

Our container arrived in Scotland in what our local delivery agents officially documented as "bad" condition. Their professional on-site team explicitly stated that the extensive, widespread damage to our belongings was the direct result of incorrect packing and poor loading methodologies by the original Grace team in Perth.

The scale of the physical damage to our household goods is staggering. We have experienced broken furniture in almost each and every large item shipped.

While the physical damage is devastating, the corporate response has been deeply disappointing. We specifically purchased their "Easycover Ultimate" insurance package to protect our family from transit risks. Instead of a premium resolution, we have been met with a frustrating claims adjustment process that attempts to aggressively move the goalposts and unreasonably delay reaching settlement.

Furthermore, the insurance adjusters are actively attempting to bypass the clear, unequivocal "Pairs and Sets" protection clauses written directly into our Ultimate policy framework in order to slash the payout on matching furniture suites, meaning the insurance process doesn't match up to the sales pitch or policy documentation.

To be absolutely clear: our frontline moving coordinator has been incredibly professional and diligent throughout this ordeal. The 1-star rating is a direct reflection of a systemic failure by the Grace packing team and a deeply unhelpful, bureaucratically obstructed insurance process that refuses to honor its policy commitments.

If you are paying a premium for peace of mind on an international move, look elsewhere. Grace Removals has left our home setup completely paralyzed in a new country.

They picked up from 2 different premises. Fast, careful, efficient and courteous. Job well done. I highly recommend Grace Removals. Atol and his team of 2 did well!!

18 cubic meters of household effects shipped from the French Alps to Halls Head WA & all coordinated seamlessly by Kellie, Chelsea, Tom, Ally.

Then with super service during the final delivery phase, unpacking & clearing up boxes & packaging materials by the cheerful & very helpful threesome of Tane, Kateryna & Jake.
