Initial involvement with Grace sales consultant was very professional - She was very helpful and flexible - but all downhill from there. On the day of pickup, removal staff were rude, unprofessional and careless with my belongings. On arrival at my destination, boxes were squashed and ripped. Very disappointed with the whole experience. I would not recommend this company.

Wow such a brilliant experience with our uplift! Kerry was so helpful communicating with us about our booking. Jordan packed all our items and he was fast and fantastic. Then James and Unjah came and collected our belongings and they were amazing! They worked so hard and were super helpful with the whole process. Ensuring we filled our allocated space helping us pack extra items. I cannot rate them more highly. Thank you so much for your amazing work ethic and customer service could not recommend them more highly.

We moved from Australia to France in July. The packing team was incredibly efficient and professional. All our items arrived safely including a 55 inches TV! The delivery team in France was on time and also incredibly efficient and professional. No hesitation in recommending Grace.

Couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and professional. Pick up and delivery happened exactly when advised. Delivery of 2nd hand boxes beforehand and offer of collection of those after was definitely not something I expected. Everything arrived undamaged, even stuff I probably could have packaged better. One very happy customer. 😀
