Great service and the easiest, smoothest move we have ever done from the moment we met with Jason who was awesome until the final collection of empty cartons. Made a difficult move for my parents simple and stress free. Would highly recommend.

Grace Removals was very easy to work with and the removalists at both ends of the journey were friendly, polite and great workers, who kept up a cracking pace all day.

We were moving from South Sydney to the Central Coast and wanted a mover who could pack, move and arrange the end of lease clean so we wouldn’t have to return to Sydney and not have to worry.
We got Grace and Nuss to come out and quote. Both have good reputations, but Grace were slightly cheaper, so we went with them. They arrived on time to pack and we left to stay in an AirBnB up the Coast and wait for delivery the following. We had some last-minute issues with settlement times and the Operations team were fantastic in accommodating a slightly later delivery time.

The day before the move the cleaner rings us and start asking questions about what is involved, he sounds less than enthusiastic when told how many blinds need cleaning. I ask him why he is calling us as Grace quoted the job and are arranging everything? We get an uneasy feeling after that call, and we were right. The day after moving in, we get a phone call from the sales guy at Grace telling us that the cleaner is refusing to clean our apartment saying that it is a “health hazard” and that Grace are refunding our money. The cleaner would however do the job for $2000, nearly double the quote. We were humiliated that someone would describe our place as a health hazard and stressed that we would have to find another cleaner in quick time before the lease ran out and risking losing our large bond. I sent a friend who used to be a commercial cleaner over to look at the place with the caretaker to assess the place and she reported no such health hazard. She said “it’s just big and dusty” and that the cleaner obviously just didn’t want to do it. We found a professional cleaner who would do it at short notice for just a little bit more than the original Grace quote. They did a great job and there were no comments about “health hazards”.

At the end of the clean they sent me a text with a photo asking if we wanted the “stuff left in the apartment” thrown out.? To our horror, Grace had not packed several drawers of clothes, kitchen stuff, our paintings and a tool box. Despite paying a lot of money to Grace to arrange the move so we wouldn’t have to return, I was forced to drive down and collect the left items.
This was an expensive move and Grace let us down badly, they are also not returning our calls despite promising to.
I wish we’d gone with Nuss.

I moved from Sydney to Adelaide just before Easter 2021. The whole process from the initial phone call to the last follow up call that Grace made to me, was very professional.I can't fault Grace at all, and I am happy to recommend them! Every person I interacted with were very pleasant and happy to help. You get what you pay for, so I would say, pay that little bit extra and be moved with the best. 10/10

Grace really got us out of a hole when we were ripped off by Star City removals. Last minute, the sales rep Robert came out, made me feel comfortable and kept on top of the team to make sure all our deadlines could be met. I'd definitely use Grace again, they have the reputable brand and far more trustworthy than the dodgy companies who all they do is pay for Google ad-words and pile on their slimy sales pitches

Grace were most helpful and very responsive. From my initial enquiry to subsequent inspection, service and quote, Grace personnel in the office and the men doing the move were first class.

Very polite and professional staff in both Sydney and Brisbane.

Very positive experience. The packing team was excellent and so friendly and helpful. Moving guys were great and the guys who delivered to our storage were wonderful. The whole way through I felt confident that my belongings were being well looked after and everything was well organised. Everyone arrived on time or even early which really helped reduce the stress in moving interstate.

Good points: A couple of the removalists were amazing; friendly, professional and really keen to help. There was zero damage to anything during the move, for the 1st time ever! The move was carried out with very short notice, but completed in time. The assessment of what was to be moved was very thorough, but see also below.
Points for improvement: Considering the move is priced by volume (number of boxes), we felt that many boxes were very under-packed, thus unnecessarily inflating the cost. One of the removalists was seriously lazy, very obviously dodging work any chance he could.
Overall, Grace did a good job and we would certainly consider using them again in the future.

We recently moved home and selected Grace Removals. Right from the first visit to assess our needs right through to loading the truck and bringing our possessions to our new home has been an excellent experience.

Professional, friendly and took care in protecting our delicate and expensive items is what you expect, but very pleased in that they delivered. Rare these days.

Overall great service with someone coming out to make a quote. Our move interstate went really smoothly. Only negative thing was that they only sent out 2 guys for our 3-bedroom townhouse, so it took way longer than expected. We would have needed at least 3 guys for the job.

Our experience with Grace Removals was excellent. We moved interstate NSW-QLD. From the initial consultation & quote to the move itself both the pickup in NSW & delivery in Qld were spot on. The dates didn’t change, we were kept notified in advance of what was happening. The Grace staff were all friendly and courteous . Great job & would recommend.

The Grace Removal service in Cairns was excellent. Sydney contact was non-existent by phone. Car transport good and quick. Storage and access costs lacking somewhat. Too expensive to just open storage and retrieve items. We would not store with Grace again. Secondry delivery was good.

The packers were amazing. Nothing was broken in the move. The removalists were also excellent. The unpacking service/valet were also friendly and did an fantastic job of of organising my kitchen cupboards and my sons bedroom. I give them 10 out of 10.

My family and I experienced superb service with Grace for our move from Sydney to Hobart. From the initial quote, through to the brilliant service provided in the lead up to and during the move, as well as the removalists in both Sydney and Hobart, it was a remarkably smooth experience for us.

From day one we have been well informed, any query or change was responded to and addressed quickly, and our belongings have been treated respectfully during the move. Not only that, with only 24hrs before the move, we had to depart earlier than planned due to Covid leaving Grace to finish our pack for us. This was a stressful time for us and the service provided made this change in plan as seamless as possible.

I would not hesitate to recommend Grace's service. The team has been exceptional, the service beyond what we expected, it was great value for money and we are very pleased that we were able to choose Grace for the move.

We were extremely pleased with the efficiency and speed at which the removal men worked throughout our move. We would highly recommend Grace for removals.

Pack up and collection was quite professional and thorough. The drop off unfortunately was completely the opposite. We felt rushed and there was little effort and efficiency...not worth the investment
