We repatriated from Sydney to the Fylde coast of England. Grace removals came to our home and packed up our belongings, bikes, knick knacks and kids toys for shipping to the UK.
We were really impressed with the speed and skill of the team. Every item was cared for.
We recently received our shipment and were equally impressed to find everything in perfect condition despite a months long voyage in a container.
We would wholeheartedly recommend grace removals they were a pleasure to work with.

We were very happy with our experience with Grace they were very helpful from the start Richard provided us with a competitive quote and gave us great tips on packing and how to get ready with our interstate move. They were informative and prompt in communication the big move day went smoothly and they handled our belongings with care and professionalism we would highly recommend Grace and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

It took me nearly 6 months to sell, buy and move interstate. Grace were with me all the way, inventory quote, packing and unpacking. I couldn’t have done it without them and their fantastic teams.

Grace Removals was efficient from the time i engaged with them to the delivery process. I would genuinely refer them with any interstate move. I really cannot believe how easy the process was. I imagined it to be a nightmare trying to organise my interstate move but since engaging with the company i had absolutely no sleepless nights. Date of pick to the date of delivery went really well.

We relocated from country NSW to Queensland. Fantastic service from first call to packing to delivery. Clean tidy, helpful & friendly staff at all stages. Only one minor breakage. Second time using Grace and if we do move again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them

All went seamlessly. People were there when they said they would be there. Only on piece of pottery was broke in transit but all good as I’ve had it fixed.

Amazing service. It was a tricky pick up of fragile artwork from the centre of Sydney and delivered to country Western Australia. Everything arrived in perfect condition. It was quick and the communication was excellent. They made it seem effortless. And the cost was amazing too. We can happily recommend Grace Removals - we'd definitely use them again.

What I was sold and what I received were two completely different things.
The brochure showed professional staff all dressed immaculately in Grace attire stating ALL Grace removalists are professionally trained staff. Two of the four removalists that turned up at our home in Mosman NSW were 'backpackers' that had never done ANY removalist work before. They were hired via Facebook. Incredulous to believe but true, particularly when they are being invited into your home. Even the Grace contractors did not know who the backpackers were and asked them, in front of me the customer, "have you ever done any removalist work before?" to which they both replied 'No". The senior staff member from Grace (actually Crown but now owned by Grace) said this is a common practice as they cannot get staff so they advertise on Facebook. He said they always request 2 extra staff members because invariably one of them doesn't turn up. One of the backpackers dropped a drawer from our French Provincial bedside chest on the driveway causing damage to the timber. We were told by the salesperson that we should leave any challenging items to the Grace staff who would gladly wrap and take care of the items. We asked them to wrap a lampshade to which they replied 'we can't do that and you'd be best to take that with you as if we do it it will highly likely get damaged.' Instead of being supportive one of the Grace staff members ridiculed my fiancé who was packing items whilst they were moving boxes out of the house. The staff in Perth were very good to deal with. The fundamental problem with Grace is that they run their company in silos. Their is a sales team and a delivery/operations team. They are completely separate and apart from passing the order details over once received, do not communicate and are oblivious to one another. This leads to a total lack of regard, knowledge and care about each others operation which ultimately flows through to the customer. The removals industry needs an overhaul with stricter oversight and tighter controls. If this can happen to one of the more highly regarded brands god help us......

Not inexpensive but the entire process from original quote through pick up then delivery including drop off and collection of the cartons was simply wonderful. Every staff member we felt with was professional respectful and friendly.
The care taken at pick up and delivery to protect our property was impressive, making sure doorways and walls were avoided even to the point of putting a cover on the driveway to ensure the ramp feet didn’t damage it.
Not just the removal staff but the admin people we had interaction with.
None ever made us feel any issue asking questions or giving explanations
We have already recommended Grace to a family member who will be using Grace too.
