Overall good experience. These people are very professional. They are very friendly and knows what they are doing. I Engaged Grace to pack my kitchen, and it was done in less than 2 hours. They lost my TV and mattress but found it later (in less than a week). Throughout the lost and found process I have been given updates, and know that the issue was being taken cared of. Everything is in good shape when unboxed, except one organizer box is broken and the claim process is a breeze. Only down side is it is very difficult to get though their phone line. Although the service is on a more expensive side, but I still think it's worth the money.

Grace moved our goods from our previous dwelling in Balmain to Launceston. Every aspect of their work was terrible: They did not stick to the agreed timetable for packing, uplift and delivery, the containers arriving 8 days apart. They packed items seemingly at random, in cartons that were not labelled accurately, with no intelligible manifest of items. They broke legs of antique furniture. They delivered 3 cartons of household rubbish meant for council clean up. I could go on. Grace are unresponsive and hope we will go away. We will not!. Dr John F

Grace have people monitoring reviews to try to neutralize criticism - see below. Don’t be fooled by their SPIN: we have been waiting over a week to hear from their so-called customer service. Calls and emails go unanswered and unreturned.

We had a hassle free move interstate. The team was so professional and informative. We would recommend without hesitation.

We have used Grace Removals team two time so far. Once was interstate form QLD to NSW the last one was recently in NSW from a unit into the house.
All their services provided regarding the quote and time frame are accurate. First of all Grace organises the place visit and provides the quote afterwards. (So you know how much you are going to pay in advance).
Team arrives on time had a quick look worked super fast - packed everything professionally and in two hours 2 and half hours bedrooms unit plus storage done. Considering using the lift is always time consuming but the team did their best to made it as fast as possible. They were so fast in unpacking as well. We have revived everything in the same conditions no damages. Thank you Grace :)

After a previous horror move some years ago we wanted a very different experience with this move.

We asked Grace to help with packing, removal, unpacking and storage.

The teams are very professional and communicate well so you understand what is happening and when.

Head office support was also excellent with regular check ins to see how things are progressing.

I particularly liked the Vinnie's initiative which allowed us to declutter and donate to Vinnies easily. Grace co-ordinate all of this and other services we asked to quote did not offer this service.

A "HUGE" thank you to the team/s that helped with our move. I would thoroughly recommend Grace Removals to anyone who requires a move.

We moved from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast in April 2022 and we’ve had a really positive and seamless experience. Right from the quoting, packing, loading on to truck and then delivery. Our items arrived on time as scheduled and nothing was broken or damaged. I was a little nervous having read some of the reviews but our experience was exceptional. We also received phone calls throughout the process to keep us updated. It made our move north stress free. I would have no hesitation in using Grace again if we moved in the future.

I do not recommend you use Grace Removals-they arrived late, broke a number of items and then were hard to follow up with.

Our move from Sydney to Perth was quite painless thanks to everyone involved with the move.
There were holdups because of the damage to rail lines but I was kept informed of the progress regularly

Grace did it again for us.
This move was our second time with you, the first being 7 yrs ago from QLD to NSW.

We did not take chance with other movers as we did not have any reasons to. We were well pleased the first time. We know how reliable Grace is, why would we take the risk with another with our bigger move from NSW to WA?
