I didn’t have a single problem with this site. I won over $1,400, completed KYC, and redeemed no problem.

KYC was typical ID scan and selfie. They didn’t ask me for more documents or delay the process.

From redemption request to the funds in my bank account, it took 48 hours.

Run as far as you can from this site!! they literally reel you in by letting you win so much upfront and then as soon as you win, anything significant, they block you from winning any kind of money and their Customer service sucks! They also promise you all these check-in rewards and you never receive them. I lost so much money here do not do the same as me.

These game providers like hacksaw, 3 oaks, penguin king, playson etc... need to vet the sites who uses there games. Providers will rent their games to anyone with a face.

Fake casino even have documents to prove the fake ads from Facebook With new account 0 friends all of them lets you know the positive reviews are fake . Also don’t get me started on the web page word not capitalized right and even the link Facebook pops up as a friend instead of a page that was created in May .

I saw all the bad ratings here after I deposited. Thought I wasn’t going to get paid after I won. I don’t know what happened to other people but they paid me out quick. Have no complaints about them so far

Not going to LIE!! I was skeptical and scared after seeing this rating and only reading and seeing ONE good review. I started on Grand Prize 05/29/2026 and won 💃🏾☺️🙏🏾. Every time I reached out to customer service I got good people. The response time was FAST!! my redemption was in my account Monday morning after my bank opened at 9 a.m. I know first hand from playing and being on several sites, we take a chance not only with our money but with the people behind these sites. I've definitely had my share of the ones who didn't hold up to what they claimed. So, with that being said, Grand Prize thank you for awesome customer service and a timely redemption.

Received a offer for a sign up bonus and upon completion of providing my information I did not receive what was promised and when I contacted support they told me it was a system error and that's why I didn't receive what was promised. Then they told me they were not going to correct the error but expect me to trust them enough to spend money with their platform and to trust them with my personal documents

Complete Scam bought my coin package and I never received it. STAY AWY!!!

Do not recommend this site. Bought a coin package and never got the coins credited. A total scam!

Good UI and fast verification and some moral owners not letting you cancel redemptions, so far 10/10 ran the $10 bonus to close to $500 will update on redemption speed.
