Granite Zone レビュー

After sales is rubbish being ignored for weeks on end
Jade just ignores the emails that are send to her
Nice worktop, average price

We would certainly recommend the Granitezone Team from the sales team who we found helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and honest about their great choice of products. The survey team and installation team arrived on time as agreed. They were friendly and experienced and have finished off our kitchen with the Quartz work tops that look really amazing. Good value for money great listeners and great customer care service! keep up the good work

I would highly recommend Granite Zone! From start to finish, this company has been a pleasure to work with.
We approached Granite zone with a very specific style of worktop in mind, they made it their business to research the most appropriate design which met our brief and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
Every single member of staff we met with have been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.
Special thank you to Jess, Jade, Marc, Nathan and all the lads from the cutting workshop, it really has been a pleasure to work with you.
Thank you.

Great service from sales to installation. Granitezone were attentive, friendly and helped me pick the right worktop, post sales they kept me updated and the delivery was on time and installation was quick. It was done within an hour. Happy with the worktop service and quality.

We had a granite worktop installed in our new kitchen extension and it looks amazing, very happy with the product and also the level of service from the whole team, very highly recommended for price, quality and service. Thanks 👍

We had a great experience with Granite Zone from sales through to after care. The quality of the worktops are fantastic, the template and fitting process was faultless. Couldn't be happier with how the worktops have completed our kitchen renovation.

I have no hesitation in recommending granite zone. The price was competitive and once I’d placed my order I rang them when I was ready, the measure and installation dates are agreed at the same time and when I opted for a later measure up it didn’t affect my installation date. All the surfaces come pre-drilled and they fitted perfectly, no dust. A lovely company to deal with, from sales through to installation. So pleased I went with this company.

From day one our experience has been positive. Consistent high level of service provided by Jason. He maintains regular contact and does what he promises. Top bloke, top service .

Great customer service throughout the process fitting team were on time cleaned up after with no mess

After completing a house renovation, Granite Zone are the only company that have been professional, reliable and overall have the best customer service. Using Granite Zone was effortless, compared to other big named companies we have used during our renovation. They have a personal touch which unfortunately seems to be lost nowadays. They care about the customers needs and are just outstanding.
From start to finish Granite Zone have gone the extra mile including their after care.
We were so pleased we have recommended Granite Zone which I do not do lightly.

What a great team and competitive prices. From start to finish so pleased with the service and the finish looks fantastic.

Thanks

We were looking for quite some time for a good worktop supplier that didn't charge the earth, and was so relieved when we came across Granite Zone. From the moment we walked in the showroom, I knew we were in good hands. The quote was given to us there and then, so no waiting around for days on end. We were given samples to take home, and all our questions answered quickly and honestly. The fitters were friendly and knowledgeable and the template and fitting were done quickly and efficiently. We had a slight hiccup with our worktops being larger than anticipated and therefore we didn't have enough slab to cover the whole kitchen. But Granite Zone stepped in and allowed us to pick a close match off-cut for a small section on the other side of kitchen free of charge. You wouldn't even be able to tell that it was a different cut if I didn't point it out. All in all, a fantastic company, would use again, and would definitely recommend.

Lovely sales people, competitive prices and great quality worktops. We had the 20mm carerra quartz installed in our kitchen, we are so pleased with the finish. Highly recommend.

Really happy with Granite Zone. Amazing quality surfaces, friendly, helpful staff and they measured and installed really quickly.

Good experience, competitive price complete transaction and job went smooth, and finish looks fantastic , would highly recommend 👍

From the sales team to the installation team, the experience was fantastic. I asked a few stupid questions, which the team made me feel they were all good questions. Big thank you to Karen who personally took care of me and my project.

Excellent product and service provided. I could not travel to the store to see the product, therefore i was provided with a video of the worktop from their store and sent out a sample via post. Which made the decision process easier.

I was amazed at how quickly the installation was done after templating. Everyone who I spoke to at the company was extremely friendly and helpful, and always happy to provide advice when required. The worktop I brought was Gris concrete.

We were looking for a Calacatta worktop to compliment our new cabinets and after visiting many local suppliers, we found Granitezone’s website. I called them and spoke to Gavin who advised me on the different Quartz finishes and sent me videos of the materials on WhatsApp. We needed an installation pre Christmas and Granitezone did not disappoint. Would highly recommend and will be using again.

Initially excellent from
First sales contact to templating 5 star.
Day of installation a little late however fitters worked hard and completed the job.
The process and contact from the company has been excellent. Logistics manager addressed my issue of lateness immediately to our satisfaction however this should not distract from still rating 5 Stars. Outstanding company
Highly recommend.
Excellent job looks great.
😊😊😊😊✅👍

Great experience from start to finish with these guys.
We had quartz worktops across three areas; our utility room, the main kitchen and an island.
The price was very competitive, the sales team communicative and the process easy.
I loved the way they do not ask for payment (apart from deposit) until the whole install is complete.
Customer service team were fantastic, responsive and friendly.
The fitting teams were great too - professional and did an excellent job.
Everyone did what they promised to do when they said they would.
The end product is kitchen work surfaces we are very happy with.
I rarely leave reviews but just had to for this company. I recommend them 100%.
