I brought this product home from a recent trip to Europe and loved it! However, I didn't have enough details on how to optimize the product as I needed. So, I contacted Gratiae and had wonderful help within 24 hours. Not only is the product amazing, the service was wonderful too.

the girl was very knowledgeable. She showed me how to use my products, letting me know which is for day and which are for nighttime. By now I been using my products, and I liked that lotion and oils do not stay on the surface of my face, but they actually pennate my skin.

Purchased 3 jars of body butter. One was completely smashed with glass and cream everywhere. Packaging was terrible. Only some plastic was wrapped around them. I tried to contact customer service a couple of times. Even sent a photo. No response.
