The tour guide was incredible in organising everything for us to make sure we didnt miss anything. Very professional and with a personal charm also which reflected the high quality of the tour (even an accompany the medical shop!).. second to none! Very enjoyable trip to India, learned so much about the culture and heritage from the exceptional guides - an experience never to be forgotten. The quality of hotels were excellent too and the food amazing. We came across a few challenges along the way, which were all part of the experience and the itinerary was tight so you do need to be personally organised to keep up with so many hotel transfers in such a short time. All in all a remarkable tour!

We only went on toy train for 90 mins which was more than enough time wouldn’t like to have done 5-6 hours

The first time I was not sure of my granddaughter's birthdate and information. In addition they'd said she might have a job or be in school so I wasn't sure she would be able to go. Not wanting to waste money, I put her mother's name down as I knew her birthdate and she would be available. Thinking I could switch out. However, they said one could not change without annulling the reservation and would be charge with a newer price. So I canceled that one, because I hadn't paid on it yet. I now have the reservation I wanted but have had to pay over 400$ more. Not happy though inevitable. And as a widow I do not like the idea of having to pay more for a trip since I'm now single after 51 years. So taking someone along gives me more pleasure for the price. And a bit of assistance for my old bones.

The person I spoke to was polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the holiday in which I was interested. Everything handled efficiently.

Excellent booking and pre holiday admin. It was our first time with GRJ and would highly recommend. Great itinerary, can't believe how much we did and incredible sights we saw. The Tour Manager who travelled with was a delight and the support staff and driver very good.
