Almost spring water
The technician was very good and on time. Job completed without incident and he even tried to tell me how to change the filters (12 months).
You need a booklet to do step by step instructions for those of us who are not that technically inclined!

Was so easy to sort out. Purchased reverse osmosis online, plumber came within days to install. Water is so much better. Very happy with it.

Very professional
Levon was friendly and professional, he did a great job installing my water tap.
I was very disappointed that I couldn't get both room temperature and cold water, as a black tap wasn't available. I could only get a single tap in black.

Dave was friendly, patient and happy to answer all of our questions. As we live in a country town, the company did not have a plumber on their books to install in our area. Great service and support
Great service and support. Great Water Filters send me an annual reminder when my filters are due, they keep records so I get the right filters at the right time.
Support is unparalleled. I get help when I need by phone and in the event of something going wrong, Great Water Filters had a representative from WA to help resolve the issue in one visit.
Phone support, ordering additional filters (for showers), and response times are excellent. I recommend them highly!
