Excellent device
Excellent device, we love the clean tasting drinking water, we actually notice the difference in taste and hydration, the installation was great, Levon was very good and would highly recommend him.

After a thorough investigation into the matter, we discovered that there was indeed an issue with our booking software on that specific day, which resulted in a failure to trigger the scheduled calls. This was a rare occurrence, and we deeply regret that it happened to you.

When I seen what the filter was…
When I seen what the filter was removing from our tap water I felt sick, I've been drinking tap water before I installed the filter system, you will be shocked what tap water without filtering has in it!!! 😩😩😩

Could go better
The warranty call out was prompt and fixed in good time. The Rust problem on the steel cabinet needs looking at by your designers, the rust could have been avoided if you just cover up the tack welds with some cold Gal paint.
In all the system is very good.

From my very first contact with Great Water Filters Australia, I was greeted with a warm friendly professional experience. I love my new filter, it’s such a relief to be able to have good quality water at the tap . It was costing a lot of money every month buying filtered water after learning how toxic tsp water is , full of harmful chemicals. Nick who installed my new filter was very professional, quick and did a great job , no mess. I would highly recommend this company for their service and products
