Too many confirmation emails (about 4!) for one golf round booking as well as not clear additional services with not much sense. The rest of the process is so fat good.
Really easy booking system, and when I had to get in touch to amend and cancel some bookings, they were extremely responsive and helpful (shout out to Cameron for this)

Very Poor Customer Service.. Non Existent
I originally gave a 5 star for the website and easy to maneuver and book tee times. BUT… I recently had an inquiry and sent 2 emails regarding a recent booking that I could not change or cancel. It had Ben over 2 weeks and no one will respond. I will never book with this website again. It’s best to go book with the club. It’s a shame. Stay away! Customer service is pathetic

A good course and very helpful staff. Lots of people spoke excellent English and the restaurant and bar were great value for money.

There is no phone number to contact the…
There is no phone number to contact the company and customer service is very slow to respond. Paid extra 15 euros to be able to amend or cancel bookings but still lost all the money and got no direct answer from customer support. Will not use this company again.

We would never had booked had we known…
We would never had booked had we known buggies were not available. On securing the booking, the Greenfee365 site stated "request buggies on arrival in pro shop". When we arrived and paid the green fee, we were told there were no buggies available. (they said they have only a small amount at the club)
It was unfortunate that our tee time immediately followed 2 large society groups, which took 2hrs 37 mins for 9 holes. We decided to call it a day after the 9 holes due to the tediously slow play, and walking with clubs. There was no Marshall on the course.
We did try to go to the Pro shop following our 9 holes, however they were closed at 4.20pm. We stayed & enjoyed the excellent outside bar/catering facilities until 5.40pm, the Pro shop was still closed.
On a positive note, the Greens were absolutely perfect, fast and true. The bunkers were well maintained, as were the fairways.
