It’s a scam and website now shut down. Sorry people, I’m going to contact credit card company for a refund. I never received my £153 order either.

Placed 2 order on 22nd oct..its been one month now but didn't received my order yet..contact number is puted on voice mail and when i sent email its replied with sorry for delayed nd lotts more excuses..i asked for refund but no answer since one week for refund..don't buy anything you will loose your money..0 ratting 😡😡

Order placed on 1 October remains unfulfilled. Company does not even bother to respond.

Still not received I contacted them and they said a delayed. They are not answering emails.£76 I have been scammed for.Totally avoid this company

I bought drinks and sweets for £40, on 23/10/24. They sent some of the items but only 20%, emailed but no reply. Now i see the website is down so lost 80% of my £40 :(

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Ordered on 25 September and didn’t receive the order. Contacted them via email on 30 September and was told there was a problem with their supplier and/or delivery service problems and to bear with them and it will be sent next day as soon as available. Nothing received to date and now know it’s a total scam! Will be reporting to trading standards as this is obviously not a one off. Happening to too many of us. This company needs to be stopped!

Ordered in Oct with two day delivery quoted. Delivery put back twice due to ‘supply issues’. After second deadline passed I asked for a refund and have been ignored ever since. Now going to make a chargeback through the bank.

Placed a £40 order, received about £6 of it. Still missing the remainder, and now the website has closed down. Hopefully gone for good, so they don't scam anyone else.

I have been waiting for a delivery for two weeks that said 2/3 days.
I have had no response from several emails and cannot leave a message via the telephone.
I wish I had seen the reviews about this service before buying. Given I have had no response, I've no ideawhen or if I might get my delivery and don't fancy my chances on being refunded.

Ordered items on 16th Oct 2024, payment taken of £23 via Super Payments. Order not received, email sent 2 weeks later to query - & GE Ltd responded that third party supplier is delayed. email sent earlier this week to cancel and requested a full refund as I needed the item by tomorrow. Email not responded - Not happy with this service. Customer service should be better than this.

After a very positive first order experience, I placed a second order on 30th October, 2024. This was a BIG mistake. Vague acknowledgement of the order from some canned response with no order number. Delivery quoted as 2-4 days...it's now 14th November, 2024 and nothing has been received. The kicker though, payment was taken on 31st October, 2024. I have emailed the 'company' on numerous occasions to try and get this resolved but all of these emails have been summarily ignored. My advice is to NEVER trade with this vendor as they are not to be trusted. I'm now left with a paid-for, unfulfilled order. There are, however, ways to tackle this and I intend to pursue these measures to either get my order or a refund.
AVOID GREENS ESSENTIALS AT ALL COSTS.

Do not waste your money on this store. I ordered on Oct 26th, emailed asking where my order was. They said due to a 3rd party delay it'll take longer. Still not received items. Emailed again and haven't yet received a response.

Scam Company

In line with all other bad reviews here, I have been scammed.

The Company took an order from me 13 October with a quoted delivery within 2 to 4 days. I waited a fortnight, rang their service line and got a message from a private mobile number to say that their inbox was full. I subsequently followed a link on my "invoice" to their Customer Sevices and got a reply 3 days later offering a delivery date of 8 November which came and went and for which the sender then dropped out of communication.

Having checked their website this morning it appears to have closed which hopefully means fewer people get scammed albeit the laws evidently allow such places to fold and restart under a different guise so I doubt that their operation will be down for long.

Avoid if you can and beware discount sellers without an established longstanding reputation.

Absolute scam company. Sent not even half my order and promised refund but the ignored chaser emails. My fault for not checking the reviews. Unless you want to give your money away don’t bother. Absolutely not genuine.

Placed an order on 31 October 2024, the confirmation stated delivery 2-4 days via Evri tracking. They've taken my money yet today I haven't received my order. I'v emailed Jay 3 times and have tried calling but voicemail states Jay is out doing orders/delivery and mailbox is full. I've received no response to email and day number 12 with no order. Do not use Greens Essentials as they are thefts.

Placed an order via the website 21/10/24, no delivery received, website has been taken down - guessing a scam or gone bust, will try to get money paid back via my bank.

DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY BEFORE YOU RECEIVE YOUR GOODS OR SERVICES.
This company is somehow connected to purity as per my earlier review on purity limited.
I THINK THEY ARE BOTH FRAUDULENT COMPANIES. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH AND DO NOT RELY ON MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH THESE COMPANIES.

SCAM COMPANY, TOOK MY MONEY, NEVER DELIVERED ORDER, JUST EXCUSES ALL THE TIME!

Thankfully my order for chocolates for my grandchildren was for less than £50 (with a decent discount!). To date I have not received the order and I am unable to see the status!
I have sent four e mails and to no surprise I am yet to receive a response. My next step is to contact my bank in the hope they can recover my funds under Section 75 The Consumer Credit Act.
Please do not fall into this trap like me and scores of others. This company is not to be trusted. Do not under any circumstances waste your money they are totally unreliable!!!

SCAM !! Ordered slabs of monster, says it takes only 2-3 days to deliver, 3 weeks later and still nothing. Contacted them and got no reply, So went to the website and it's been took down. By luck the bank gave me a refund under fraud section
