Professional and helpful throughout the process

I would say the survey was v professional and thorough and any time I spoke to the team they were helpful and friendly especially when you consider we are older and not very good with emails and technical stuff so a big thank you to you all .

Reliable and thorough

I had a positive experience using the services of Gribbon & Pelham, and have previously used their services. Smooth process from initial dealings with the lovely helpful Sarah and Rita followed by the survey carried out by Tony, who took the time to contact me after the survey to discuss any issues that may need addressing, followed by the survey report within just a few days. I would not hesitate to use again and recommend their services to others.

Tony and the team have been great to deal with. Very clear comms from the outset with excellent customer service. The survey itself was not only thorough, but explained in such a way that made it extremely useful.

Had a Level 3 survey done. From start to finish the service has been excellent. The office staff, helpful, courteous and highly efficient. Just after the survey of the property, Tony called to give a summary of his findings..much appreciated and quite enlightening. The written report was very thorough, and well presented with photos and detailed explanations. Altogether a positive experience. I would highly recommend them.
