I submitted an online request for a quote and was unsure if I needed level 2 or 3; with or without a survey… Sarah called me back and explained everything very clearly based on the information I gave her re the new house and helped me make an informed decision. Sarah and Rita were very clear and efficient in booking and providing reports and invoices etc.
